This is one of my favorite places to eat but my first time at this location. I waited in line for 20 minutes after I ordered to finally get to the window for them not to have my order because no one that takes orders spoke English. Instead of saying they didn’t understand they said they couldn’t hear me initially but finally admitted they didn’t speak it and found a worker to help. Just tell me you don’t and I will happy to use Google Translate. I then waited for another 10 minutes.
The beans/rice/tortillas were good as usual. But the chicken was burnt and dry.
Will still not go to this location again.
Diego and Domi at Pollo Regio provided an incredible experience! Their friendliness and excellent service made my day the best. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend their spot!! 🙃
I had not been in a while and safe to say I am glad I went! My cashier, Diego, was very friendly and efficient with taking my order. The food took about 6 minutes and when it came out it was delicious! Thank you!!
I wanted to go somewhere that I can eat peacefully in a peaceful environment , unfortunately , I’m not sure if it was a supervisor of some sort, but he was constantly whistling and making unnecessary noises. Great food , but just a loud and obnoxious environment.
I went to this pollo regio today and I ask for a chicken quesadilla so they gave me a quesadilla for kid , they better be more specific with the menu , and Roxy C said if anyone ask for chicken quesadilla you gonna get a quesadilla for kid and when you check the menu that’s doesn’t specify what she said how the hell the customers suppose to guest
Good service from the manager José from the beginning was the one who attended to me until the moment I left the store more personal like that with that kindness and attitude excellent service pollo regio main.
Best place ever!! If you need help ask for Lulu or Veronica! They were so helpful and sweet! Sad Diego isn’t there anymore he was so amazing.
Without a doubt, it is the best grilled chicken I have tried and its accompaniments that are rice and beans, salsa and chips.
This place is absolutely amazing! You would not expect this to be out of a Valero Gas Station but it is. I have had the tacos de trompo and trompo burger. I am certain the rest is just as good. Service is very quick and very glad that itâs close to
My family came here for the first time celebrating my sister's birthday. The staff was wonderful. The food was good and the drinks were amazing. I can't wait to come back to try more of the amazing food and drinks.
We were in town for a quick trip. The food here was great and the staff helped us decide what to order. I highly recommend anything with their beans, they are delicious. We tried a few of the breakfast tacos and pastries. I highly recommend this spot
My 1st visit. I decided to try their tacos and selected Pollo (Shredded Chicken) and Carnitas (Braised Pork). Both were very good. The menu contains a wide variety of offerings.
Located on top of the Asian Times Square food court itâs a place 3rd space to just hangout with family and friends. Fair prices and really cute plushies. Will be coming back!!!!!

Wow. My 1st time there. Attended a play- which was great. I was impressed with the beauty and layout. It reminded me of an old french theater from the movies. Elegant and super classy.

Food here was amazing, very authentic. I had a hard time choosing a dish. Also home made tortillas :) a place I definitely recommend and would go back anytime. The place does need an update look.
