The place used to be fine with the old management, now its the worst I've ever had.just purchased a 8pc meal and when i was about to eat it i found not one but two big hairs in my chicken!!! Called 1800 and told me to come back and return it and when i did they asked me a million questions and also i didn't get a receipt for the order, also the girl in the drive thru didn't even apologized and had a very rude attitude. This the last time i eat there!! 👎🏼👎🏼

Fried chicken was hot and tasted good. Received a sad face drawn on my receipt. Was not able to do online survey due to only receiving half of my receipt.

The flavors were right on point. The cashier was Lina or something like that was her name from El Salvador and she was so friendly and nice that she made my day. If you fill out the survey you earn chicken 😝 so don't forget to do your own review. That prooves that they want to improve by knowing what we think of the place and service 🥰

I love this place! I come from Tallahassee and it's awesome!! Better than Popeyes. The chicken skin has lime, salt and all yummy!

The food is delicious, but my concern is this has been my second time ordering online in two different locations and seems I have to double check everything due to forgetting the sides of the orders.

The wait times can be very long at times. And every now and then, the chicken is super dry/hard or perhaps old. The staff are ALWAYS nice and polite though and usually the food is great!!!

Awesome food and service, I just hate it when they make me park and wait an extra 5 to 10 minutes for the chicken empanadas. I'm going to just stop ordering them. 😒
