If you're anywhere near this location, skip KFC, Popeyes, Churches, or any other chain fried chicken location. The chicken pieces are generous, juicy yet crisp on the outside. They have their own unique spice blend which is so flavorful. I also ordered a side of fried plantains. Perfectly cooked, sweet, juicy, and charred on the outside. A treat!

Like the food. It's great but the people that work there are so rude if you speak english they just stay quite and look at you. They dont offer any sides or anything else you might like them they call another worker and say they dont understand also when the girl handled the food she wasnt wearing gloves and wiped the mashed potatoes off with her bare hands which is very unsanitary and the restuarant had trash on the floor wasnt very clean and wasnt very comfortable so took food to go plus when we checked our food they didnt give us our full order we were missing out biscuits uggh terrible service

If there was a negative star I would give that, the service is the WORSE I have experienced ever, the cashier didn't know anything about the menu or promotions, he didn't even try checking for a in-store promo that they advertise, and on top of that he messed up my order after us waiting for about 15-20 minutes for our order because the cashier placed the order to-go when i said dine-in, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me the regular so no sauce my sandwich was plain, I tried this place cause I was in town, but it's a big nope for me in the future

So, my Guatemalan coworker told me to try this out, because he said it was CRAZY GOOD in Guatemala. I really liked the fried chicken. I was very appreciative of the seasoning. It was borderline salty, but it worked for me. I don't think I'll ever go back to Popeye's after having this fried chicken. I'm not a fan of unsweetened coleslaw, so I didn't enjoy it. Th e coleslaw wasn't dry though, so that's a plus. The mashed potatoes were tasty, but they were a little too thick for me. If I do come back, it'll just be for the chicken.

While not cheap fast food, it ranks on the higher end of quality and variety. The food was good and they have healthier options. Service with a smile.

The environment was super clean and close attention to detail. I asked for the name of the person who was cleaning her name was Jenny. She was an absolute charm. Super welcoming and friendly. Food was amazing always and will be returning soon!

Most as a restaurant owner in America like Burger King and Taco Bell are the most leading restaurants in the world because of their customer service of making sure their customers are happy when they leave how do you take an order from a customer in America and no drink comes with it but you charge extra for the drink as the owner of a restaurant an eight-unit Apartments customer service is very important and this is the poorest I've ever seen in America we cater to our customers to keep them coming back worst restaurant I've ever seen in the city of Los Angeles

Lost of lazy people just talking between coworkers 🙄 every time I come bye they teaching people how to clean y set up juice machine ( aguas frescas) its a mess all over the woman in charge doesn't focus in orders she put 2 pices of chichen in the box and take 5 min to go explained how to ensemble the freaking machine took me 20 min just to get 4 pieces of chicken and the one hand me my order took forever to packing its ridiculous
