Had an amazing experience taking my first ever pole class at Pole Pressure! I am originally from Las Vegas and know about pole dancing. However, I've never taken a class before. I'm so happy that this was my introduction to pole dancing. The instructor was clear, friendly, and explained everything perfectly. Definitely would recommend for any beginners who are interested in trying out pole dancing!
Great beginner class! Instructor was super helpful in breaking down the movements and giving alternatives for things that were a bit challenging. Had so much fun and I can’t wait to come back to practice the routine we learned!
I had such a great time!! Whitney is an incredible teacher - very experienced but can also help simplify everything for beginners. She made class challenging, but safe, and fun! I can’t wait to return.
The instructors are a god send— Kind and encouraging. With their support, I’ve realized I’m capable of more than I could’ve dreamed. I haven’t had the best experience with the owner, Devon, though. Most of our interactions they have been really rude, assumptious/accusatory, or passive aggressive. Lucky for them this is the only pole studio in DC, so I’ll keep the rating based on the experiences I have when I don’t have to engage with them.
This place is amazing!!! I’ve been to a handful of beginner pole classes here and I’m already hooked. It’s so much fun, and the instructors are FABULOUS. There’s a very positive sense of community that puts you at ease when you walk in the door. I was a little nervous at first that I might feel self-conscious in class (I’m new to pole and my visual-spatial coordination isn’t great) but the instructors have a way of meeting everyone where they’re at and fostering a comfortable environment where you won’t worry about making mistakes. It’s definitely a learning process, but seeing myself slowly improve has been really rewarding. My only regret is that I didn’t start going sooner!
This is my favorite aerial studio in DC! I’ve been to several Advanced Beginner Hoop classes here and always come back for more! The instructors are so talented and amazing. It is super fun!
Booked a private class for Lesbifriends Travel, a queer female group to experience pole dancing. The entire process from booking, to sharing information with class participants, to the actual class was smooth. Devon, the owner, is professional, fabulous, and a lot of fun. We all had different fitness levels and our instructor, Devon as well, made it easy to pick up the routine. We all had a really good time. We will be back again!
I came here for a bachelorette party and it was fantastic! I'm not confident at all when it comes to dancing but the staff was very encouraging and positive and that really helped. We all enjoyed ourselves and though we left a bit sore, it was worth the experience.

I love coming to barre at the DuPont studio and canât recommend it highly enough. The classes are challenging (there are multiple formats) but inclusive of people of all ages and fitness levels. When I first started barre, I didnât anticipate big

While I haven't trained at many BJJ schools, my experience at Estilo for the past year and a half has set a high bar in terms of my expectations for how a school should operate. The level of instruction, the variety of activities (expert seminars, in
