Best poke in Hoboken! The lady who helps me today was great. Nice vibes. Really fresh. Friendly staff. We gonna come back for sure. Highly recommend. vegans love it!

I just received my order from this location. The manager on duty basically told me I'm a liar when I told her there's no sauce. She actually said to come in a check the cameras. Look a the picture. No sauce. If she added sauce then it must've been a teaspoon because mine was supposed have 3 types and my wife had 2. (FYI mine had spicy mayo but there was none). Not going here again. Bad attitude. Uneducated manager. She actually told me to come in to check the cameras... REPLY TO OWNER: It was order # 901445 - 1/10/24 - 11:54AM Bowl 1 - Spicy Mayo, Creamy Miso, Sweet Teriyaki Bowl 2 - Ponzu Fresh, Wasabi Aioli It was a woman with sort of a stronger accent.. .maybe middle eastern or something like that. She was super rude. I asked for a refund and she flipped out. She could've just kindly counter offered something else (we spent $40 on Ubereats). I've been visiting your restaurant since launch and my wife and I love it. We know what all the sauces taste like, and we know if there's sauce or not. I can tell if a spicy mayo was added in or not... She just said come in to watch the camera with the GM. There's a much kinder way to tell a customer that they can't get money back, like "we're sorry for that inconvenience, but please come in again and we'll make it right, etc". If I owned this franchise and heard my staff talking like that to customers I'd be pissed.

Delicious Poke bowl! Salmon and shrimp were fresh and tasty. Vegetables had crunch. Sticky rice was fluffy. Great sauces and selection of mix-ins and toppings. Staff were polite and the interior was cute. Overall, this is a great poke place in Hoboken! Will come back again!

The food and service is great! They have many vegetarian options - everything is very fresh and flavorful. Definitely order a bubble tea with your bowl and make it a meal!
