Always searching for good sushi around the Portland area. Nice spot with a number of sushi options. Great outdoor seating for grabbing a bite on a nice day.
Overall, the staff were very nice & food tasted really good. Getting our food took a bit & the wrapping on the sushi wasn’t great; rolls fell apart and sheets of sea weed weren’t cut through entirely. Friend told me these was uncommon. Despite these hiccups, the Poke bowl & our rolls were very tasty. Will be going back for sure.

Me and my husband just moved to Sellwood and happened to become neighbors with Poke Box Sushi Bar. The presentation is lovely, the owners are super kind and the salsa music is on point! - we took our food to go and the takeout packaging was beautiful!

I ordered here for the first time on New Year's Day 2024, and we were excited to try the food. Website said open and so did the online ordering system. Placed the online order and drove there to pick it up. They were closed but forgot to shut down the online ordering and website. They took my money and I emailed them about 4 times (same day and everyday thereafter), and we have called 4 times and no refund. We talked to Emilio four times now and nothing. I am so disappointed in the ethics of this business. I am a small business owner and would never do this to a customer and would make it right immediately. This seems fraudulent and happened to 7 others that day.
Update: Today is January 17th and no refund and instead they fraudulently charged my debit card again for the same order. This is fraud and unethical. Terrible business.
Beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The sushi was very fresh and made with love and care. The miso soup was one of the best I have had so far in the PNW and the garlic edamame was on point. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Had a birthday celebration here. Fabulous salmon belly sashimi, tasty salmon poke bowl, amazing rolls, and the best miso soup i've ever had in my life. Rice was perfect too. Nice chilled sake, with chilled glasses served with it. Fresh and tasty ingredients, excellent service. Very worth the price for everything.
I've been to many sushi restaurants in my life and Poke Box is one of the best of all time. The sushi is fresh, delicious,and beautifully presented. The Truffle Shuffle roll and edamame with garlic butter sauce are both amazing. Not to mention, the service is always outstanding and the restaurant is clean and tastefully put together.
