Really good place to be getting some Chinese food. The food is quick to be made and the workers are all friendly. They are very patience with everyone and gets things done fast and correctly.
Been going to them for several years always tasty and a decent cost benefit value. Ordered my usual and the cost went up substantially while the quality, flavor and quantity went way down. It used to be my favorite for veggie egg for young and fried rice but it was just terrible this last time flavorless, except salt!, and meager portions. Will not be returning sadly :(
I used to come in all the time food was always really good and decently priced and never had a problem with our food until recently ordered our usual sweet and sour chicken and a order of egg rolls drove all the way home to find we never received our rice I called them and let them know they asked for my name and number and I was told that I would get a replacement meal for missing the rice when I went in there tonight i was told he couldn't honor it because he couldn't find his book and didn't recall our conversation so the most he could do was 50% percent off that wasn't what you offered me 2 weeks ago. So sadly I won't be coming back it's not my fault you guys messed up my order or couldn't find your book you should have just made it right and given me the free meal like you had previously promised as I wasn't going to drive 20 minutes there to just drive 20 back just for missing rice the food would have been super cold
Hate to do this, but our favorite dinner spot is no longer. Ownership changed and food quality has plummeted. Service is awful (4 out of 4 last orders were wrong). You walk in and there is a good chance one of the staff will be sleeping in the entryway. We used to spend thousands a year here, including bringing it large family events, but no more. Honestly Panda Express and LeAnn Chin across the street are so much better now. The dishes that we know have changed are:
-lemon chicken
-orange chicken
-Singapore noodles
- egg rolls
-wontons
-fried rice
That’s just what we know. Such a shame. Clearly they are cutting corners to make extra money, but I can tell you as a business owner that racing to the bottom to secure a quick buck is not the way to build loyalty and consistent revenue.
Honestly, all you had to do was keep it the same and raise the prices and no one would have complained. Consumers get it, costs are higher. But picking worse/cheaper ingredients and then raising prices is just wrong. I understand an acquisition is costly, but don’t undermine your new endeavor by losing the 2 things that made it valuable: the quality food and the consistent and loyal customer base. Look at all of the reviews since it was acquired— clearly people are trying to tell you something.
After so many years, we have to find a new favorite place instead of eating here 2-3x per month. We don’t even recommend you try it.
Happy to remove this if we can get the high quality food and service back.
I love this place. But I have to say. Last time I always get chow Mei fun, or singapore noodles. I got a Rick hard chunk of carbon from the grill.. I let it slide. Whatever cool you cleaned the grill. The very next week however, I have pictures. There was a chunk of glass in my food. Glass. That's more than an oops.
Christmas Eve, we called ahead. We're told 6:30. Ended up being another hour and a half. The picture you see is numerous families waiting for their food being told a time and having to wait hours. Not a happy crew. I'm not upset about it taking a long time on Christmas Eve. That I understand. But telling people a certain time and not letting him know it'll be longer before they get there was not very considerate. They had phone numbers. They could have called.
They made me miss out on time with my puppies on Christmas Eve. That is unforgivable.
I give them two out of five puppers

I’ve greatly overlooked issues from what I considered a gem of a whole in the wall. I’ve eaten here for 10+ years and ordered my usual for the first time in a long time. Unfortunately it was cold, usually it’s fresh and hot. I ordered it at 2:25pm and told it’ll be ready 15 mins and when I arrived at 2:30pm it was ready. I didn’t think of anything because usually they can whip something up in like 10 minutes and maybe they were slow. I got in my car and drove to my destination 5 minutes away to find I must’ve been given someone else’s food that had been sitting out and they repurposed it. I called and was just notifying them of the issue and met with such resistance. I only wanted an apology from them with an opportunity to improve the customer experience for others since I used to love this place. I’ve noticed quality has been dipping for a while now, but this helped to pull me away for good. Lost a 10+ year patron today.
Terrible wait times. The woman on the phone always puts you on hold for 10+ mins and they never bother to take the order. Literally had to use my second phone to call them to remind her I am on hold. Ridiculous service. Get help is you cannot manage orders or stop taking more orders if you cannot fulfill them.

This restaurant is a new fav. 4 years we have been searching for good wholesome Americanized Chinese food. The Kong Pow chicken was very spicy, large portion of tender chicken, Iâm a good eater, this plate I had to take home about 1/4. My wife got
A wonderful place for a cool treat! The smoothie bowls are flavorful and refreshing; the staff is friendly and helpful; and the store has a comfortable, casual atmosphere.
Wow what an amazing little find in Plymouth. The garden area and paths are so beautiful. It was so worth going out of the way to find this gem! It seemed very quiet for a Sunday afternoon which was nice for a stroll around the garden! Path is to th

New workout everyday. Trainers are awesome. Brand new to kickboxing or martial arts of any kind and I've been slowly getting the hang of it. Great, quick full body workout
Really good authentic Mexican take and bake. They have some food ready that you can just swing by and pick up, but there are other foods that they need an advanced notice to prepare.
Even though you're only there for a few minutes to pick up food, t
OMG this place is amazing for any young climbers. Somehow the acoustics aren't horrible and echo-y, the structures are spaced out enough and there's plenty of adult seating!!
