Plume Dental Implant studio - Dentist in Lathrop - 15366 S Harlan Rd, USA

When I started almost two years ago, there were different dentists back then and it looked like they were recommending only what was really required and didn’t bother to look at other things which do not bother in day to day life. Now, since few months I don’t see them at this place. And the new dentist which I had come across just suggests to remove the wisdom teeth for no reason and remove the tooth which is slightly broken. I don’t care if the tooth is broken a little unless it really bothers. It’s just that they have to be removed at a later point of time. Why not just remove them now. May be he thinks if I switch the provider they might lose the money. Plume dental has become commercially professional these days and they don’t care to suggest anything good. I don’t recommend it.

good service… but they never offer a mouthwash after cleaning or any service. i hope they offer that to all customers, the weird taste after cleaning or blood after deep clean, without mouthwash you dont want to swallow the blood… but i did! i hope mouthwash is included for all service compare to all my previous dentist, any service…automatic, they give me a cup of listerine

I was running a little late to my appointment, and the staff still greeted me with a smile and made me felt welcome. The staff are very knowledgeable and patience when explaining information about any dental procedures and what the insurance will pay and which cost is the patient’s responsibility. Overall, I had a very pleasant office visit and would return for any future appointments.

The staff is friendly, the office is clean. The service is GREAT!!! Shereeza was my hygienist and she was great. She took the time to clean the hard to reach areas which some hygienist have not done. She explained how it is just as important to make sure the hard to reach areas can prevent gum disease. I was grateful.

I love, love this dental place! The staff are amazing! They are super nice, caring, & super understanding because I have had to cancel many of my appointments in the past. My hygienist is very gentle 😊 This place is outstanding. OH, thank you, Cecilia! You have great, great customer service!!

Where do I start? From the front staff to the back staff they are so welcoming. The hygienist Shariza did an amazing job with my cleaning. I would recommend this office to anyone.
