I had a hot water heater, go out at our laundry room At our senior mobile home park, Javier was able to come out and fix the problem in a short period of time I would refer him to anyone that is looking for an all-around plumber/handyman He is awesome and cleans up after himself when he is finished. Very thankful for Javier.

I'm writing this for the convenience of the future clients. If you are willing to pay a thousand dollars just to install a toilet spacer and wax ring. These is the company you are looking for. Javier quoted me $1200 total to relocate my water valve and additional $400 to install a toilet spacer. But I canceled the water valve relocation since there is no problem or leak. The only issue with the valve is it would be hard to access if we don't relocate, but it wasn't off the code. So I said I don't have that much money right now, so I just want the toilet spacer to be installed to stop the leak. My only issue is, he didn't disclose his labor cost. My final bill was $1100, to install a $15 spacer, $5 wax ring and to uninstall and re-installing my Kohler Jaro toilet. I mean, $700 is his labor cost???. A plumber cannot say I have to charge you higher because your toilet is "special" and heavier than usual. I tell you what, you want lighter job?? Go get a degree and work at corporate. The job was anhour fix. At the end I only paid $1k because I argued that he didn't disclose his labor cost. I have an advise to all who would read this. Asked for a receipt and warranty if they charged you unfairly. And don't forget if you feel you are unfairly charge for the service, you can always write the Better Business Bureau and write the Attorney General to complain. To Javier, if you want us to support your local business you better start charging fairly and be transparent. There is a bad karma in ripping off others.

Javier responded right away to schedule a service appointment. He came out on schedule and diagnosed and fixed our problem promptly. His rates are reasonable and he was very pleasant. We won't hesitate to call him again.

Javier did a great job installing our new water softener. I was shocked at how many plumbers would not even call us back. Javier was very prompt and always communicated even just for a trip to Home Depot. I would highly recommend Javier for any plumbing projects you may have.

The faucet he bought for our kitchen sink is less than a $100 at Home Depot. He put down the faucet was $200. He was gone for 2 hours before he came back. It does not take 2 hours to buy a faucet when Home Depot is a few minutes away. He charged us almost $600 bucks. Kind of high. He did do a good job on his work.

I was out of town when I learned my thankless water heater was not working. I Googled and found Javier who was home with his family that Saturday afternoon and told him of my problem. He left home and called me an hour later after he left my house to say he could handle the job. Because it was the weekend he had to wait, but was able to complete the job by Tuesday. Never had any contractor work that fast and got hot water back up and running. Javier is now my all time go to guy.
