Pleasant Lake - RV park in Bradenton - 6633 53rd Ave E, USA

Very nice, clean and quiet. My family loves to stay here when we visit my father (he lives full time in the park). It is always peaceful and the staff are super nice. The rentals are always nice and clean when we arrive, the central air always works great plus wifi and basic cable is included which is nice. The pool is great, we go swimming just about every day that we're there. The bathrooms/changing rooms right next to the pool are always clean. There's a clubhouse right next to the pool that's pretty cool too, we haven't spent much time in there but we've seen lots of people go in and out. There's also a small dock where you can fish, we've caught multiple Catfish (catch and release). The security gate that surrounds the property is great and really helps to make it feel safe. All the people we've come in contact with here were friendly. The last time we stayed here we brought our cat, I can't remember if there was a deposit but even she liked the cottage we stayed in. A lot of people who live here or stay here have their pets with them, there's even a little fenced in dog park. This is a great place, I really hope they keep the rentals open for a while.

I've lived in the park for 1 year, park is kept very clean, plenty of washer and dryers located in two different areas. Pool is maintained very well.

Great place to stay. Tammy, John, Lisa, Lora, ou and Steve are the best. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay. Can't say enough about the great people here. This is a place to make great friends and enjoy the sun.

First time visiting for rental information. They welcomed me and gave detailed information on renting or buying and describing the amenities at the park. They seem to be a good rental property park. The park had a very good appearance on my drive thru.

I was here two years ago and really enjoyed it. I was able to use my Passport America discount. However when I recently went to rebook they no longer have the passport America discount. Sorry no more booking here.

I live there! Lol. But, to answer the 3 questions above, first, this is either seasonal rental or permanent residence. There are no daily "rooms" like a motel type thing. Service is great, and the location is very pleasant (no pun intended). Lol

BEWARE rented this on airb&b for the week of Christmas and first week of the new year back in July. Drove 22 hours showing up at 5 on Christmas Eve to the campground to have John ignore us, someone named Tami called us after multiple calls telling us we had no reservation and couldn’t have one and John wouldn’t talk to us. Don’t book with them they are rude and selfish and could have reached out before we were on their property to arrange another place. Don’t let this place scam you.

The park is very clean and well kept. Beautiful setting on a lake, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Nice pool and laundry room. Very dog friendly with dog park and plenty of areas to walk your dog. Sites are very roomy. We stayed for a month and electric, water, and cable TV were included. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping and I-75.
