Pleasant Inn Motel - Motel in Clearwater - 1744 N Fort Harrison Ave, USA

The lady at the front desk was nice we first checked into a room but the TV didn't work she instantly switched our room for us. The rooms were clean it could use some updating like paint and a few things but it's cheap and it was quite. the room was also very large which was nice for the extra space. the bed was comfortable and clean I checked for bugs and found none. We would stay here again.

**** UPDATE: stayed 2 weeks after our first visit. Staff was welcoming, even with hugs! Found a Dollar General.3 miles away, a corner store with chicken/seafood across from the DG. Excellent wings, fries, and fish. Right around the corner and a very short walk is the inlet to the Gulf, can watch the sun set. Clean room, NO bugs, NO rude people, and yet quite again. It's a cheaper motel, NOT hotel now. We'll be coming here again. If you're on a budget, and don't mind not being "up to date", stay here. Overall experience was good. Small hotel with large rooms. The TV didn't work in our first room but we were immediately given a different room. Excellent service. The rooms a bit outdated. Really nothing in walking distance. Was very quiet which was great. And you're located right between downtown Clearwater and Dunedin.

We just started renting a room here. It's clean and quiet. The staff are super nice. I'd recommend this motel. The price for weekly is affordable

no shampoo. only 1 working power outlet. Pool was broken and from others pics. looks like it has been broken for YEARS. No ice machine. no breakfast or anything else. only 1 ratty thin comforter that was falling apart! DID NOT see any roaches though.. so that was a plus... some sketchy looking people were there. Was a last resort due to the @holidayinn screwing us over! Was a microwave but it didnt have a plug in to plug it into.. mini fridge had mold in it! new floors.. but thats about it! :(

The original owner is amazing but this new lady that is there needs some help with speaking with customer and how to work the debt machine... I told her how much I had for the room which is what the room cost but she charged me 2.34 more than the 60 and talking about it does it by itself...no sweetie you can put how much on the machine... I hope the guys didn't sell the motel ..if so its gonna go to h*ll with her there .. I hope he comes back soon

No pool, no shampoo or conditioner, no wifi. The sheets are dirty, or at the very least terribly stained. The mattress is hard and in a sketchy area. Only stayed here as a last resort. Would never stay here again

The new owner is very rude ... They want 453 a week for a room that is very dirty ... I had to clean it just to stay one night .. The only reason I stayed was everyone else was booked ... Housekeeper needs to go ...You need to come down on your price ..you don't even have a pool.. Go to the orange motel 400 a week with a pool
