We just moved out and we’re going to miss living at the Plaza! Maintenance: They deserve more than 5 stars. They were always so happy and quick to fix even the smallest things. And not only in the apartment but they kept constantly cleaning and taking good care of the complex. Leasing Office: They were super nice too! They were really good with sending emails for closures and events ahead of time. Whenever I needed to print something they would help me out. Apartments: The location is amazing! I miss being across the street to the museums and the park. But don’t be alarmed because even though we were facing popular Houston attractions, my family and I felt safe. It wasn’t noisy either. Many apartments in the vicinity have issues with break ins or people stealing packages but we had no issues here! The hallways, pool, mailing room, parking garage, etc were always clean as well! The only bad thing is that the apartments are getting a bit old. You can pay the same price for new apartments with luxury amenities. However, those new apartments will probably have break ins, not be in a walkable area, and probably not offer the same amazing service that The Plaza and their employees provide.

I have lived at the Plaza for a little over a year now. Between the perfect location (Across from Hermann Park), the outstanding office staff that go above and beyond with their customer service, and the exceptional maintenance team (anytime I have needed their services, they have promptly taken care of it within an hour or 2), this has been the best place I have ever lived. Super quiet and the staff maintains the grounds very well. It is always kept very clean. I just wanted to give some praise to the Plaza for making my living experience awesome. They are a class act! I am so happy here at the Plaza Museum District Apartments. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We have had problems with the city and replacing our transformers. The staff was so responsive and helpful during that difficult time. I especially love the attention that all of the staff give to the residents whether we are new or long term residents. I especially appreciate Lesly for the hard work she does to help keep my packages taken care of when they come in or go out.

I’ve just moved out of the complex. It’s been nice living there for the past year, I felt very safe and the gates kept sketchy people from coming inside. The leasing office staff had all been super friendly and approachable. It’s easy to use the online form to turn in maintenance requests or just pop in the office and let one of the staff know. They’ve all taken an effort to know who I am, which made me also felt very welcomed and that I really do matter in their eyes. The maintenance crew was also quick to respond and usually could resolve any issue within a couple of days. I enjoyed the valet trash service. The complex use Parcel Pending lockers, so my online shipments are kept timely and safe. The hallways are well lit always. I paid extra for a parking space, which is totally worth it. I’ve also bought a wagon like most people living there, to make transporting groceries from parking garage to apartment easy peasy.

I really enjoyed my time at Plaza Museum District. I got a street-facing 1 BR apartment that had a really beautiful view and lots of sunlight. The apartment was extremely clean and well-maintained. The maintenance staff was very prompt and responsive. Leslie and the management team were always very courteous and made me feel at home. They also organized many social events which were great to be part of. The best part was that the apartment was in a great location, close to museums, miller theater, restaurants, and public transportation. I used to go to miler to watch their spectacular shows almost every weekend. They are completely FREE. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Houston. Plaza Museum District is a great place to stay for anyone who wants to live in a lovely complex and enjoy the city life.

I referred my client here several days ago, and we both thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The community is so peaceful and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I personally wouldn't mind living here myself! I'll definitely come back for information the next time I'm in need of a place.

I just moved out of my 1br Apartment after being at the Plaza Museum District for 4 years. I loved all of them, save the last year living there. The upstairs tenant's carpet was removed, and hardwood floors installed. The noise was absolutely unbearable. My guests would even make comments. It drove me crazy. I don't think they were exceptionally loud, just the hardwood floors made a huge difference. Everything else was good, the staff, the maintenance crew, the location, can't beat it, but, If you're sensitive to noise be sure to ask if the tenant above has carpet or hardwood floors, or live on the 4th floor!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Incredibly awful living experience. Management is some of the worst, most rude, even downright hostile people I’ve ever interacted with. My mother came to visit for two nights and they made her so upset when she simply asked for a restroom. They are penny and dining you for everything they can. YOU WILL GET UNEXPECTED FEES EVERY MONTH! And they close all amenities, including parking which you have to pay for, almost 75% of the time . I don’t know how they’ve manipulated this to show a better rating. BE WARNED!
