Plaza Motel - Motel in Joplin - 2612 E 7th St, USA

I honestly dont know what to say about this place other than I Paid for a room here for my daughter as she arrived from out of town last week and was left very disappointed as the nasty, unprofessional behavior from the front desk clerk upon check in.. . Mind you, I already paid for the room online through agoda (excellent booking agency, by the way), so all I needed was the room key. I was informed I could not check in until I paid a deposit for the dog in my car 🤔 (the dog was just a passenger, not an occupant). This created an issue as the lady said she couldn't rent me the room I already paid for... the hotel canceled my reservation with agoda and kept my refund.

It's only day one but so far so good. My room is clean and bathroom is also clean. Plus only a $10 fee for my dog. I'll keep you posted if I stay longer than I am planning. To see if my experience is still going good 👍

Terrific little place to stop for the whole route 66 vintage motel stay! Color combos are a little interesting, but the room was clean and the neon was nice!

This is a great Motel. I have a King no Smoking room. Very clean. Attention to detail is top tier. Weekly rate less than $500.00 includes taxes. Best bargain in Joplin. Walking distance to many top line restaurants and shopping malls and strip malls.

Rooms very clean comfortably, i dont know way around, but pewtty sure i wasnt on out skirts and felt safe, parking lot tight for truck and trailer but off the street and i could see it, not bad prices for room

The owners have really put their work into cleaning the place up. Very quiet and clean. Affordable, and they will rent to locals.With a 25$ refundable deposit. Pets welcome with pet fee

Prepare to pay and if you decide not to pay more you lose. I decided not to stay when they wanted to upcharge deceitfully and they kept my money even though I didn't stay there. Bad ethics here.

Rip off owners are rude nasty rooms and they don't ever return anyone's deposit. Rooms are not clean at all and owners refused to give me a clean room and soda machine stole my money and they don't care
