Room is excellent for what you pay $90/reg a night, $10 dep for key card. Convenient for truck drivers because you don't have to go far, laundromat and other services are nearby. Beds were very clean, but unfortunately are the "very firm" type, but that's personal preference.
The convenience of having a C-Store, laundromat, Mexican restaurant, and also chicken and pizza, very nice. Room was surprisingly nice. WALLS are very very thin. And unfortunately the owner older gent needs people skills, comes off rude, and stick to consistent prices. He's kinda all over the place, on prices.
Not safe for lone female. No dead bolt on the door, just regular metal key entry with a small chain lock. Curtains are not black out. First room, bathroom filthy with someone’s last use still in it. 🤮 staff was pleasant and I got a new room, but it was dirty. Found a someone’s eye lens “contact” on the floor. Coffee pot was still half full and looked as though it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Walls are paper thin, you can hear muffled talking in the next units. However, quite after 1000 pm and no bugs. Nice bathroom interior but the room is dirty!!
Ended up here in a blizzard, but pleasantly surprised. Though it looks grubby from the exterior, the interiors are completely refinished - all new bathroom fixtures, nice tile work, fresh paint. The heat worked well and was easy to adjust. Rooms include a fridge, coffee maker and reliable wifi. Bed was basic, but adequately comfortable.
Don't let the outside of this little motel fool you. It's in a metal building. The rooms are a little small, but very clean. Comfortable beds. Very quiet. There is a truck stop, Mexican restaurant and laundromat with the motel. Motel is no frills, no breakfast but does have internet. Check in is at the convenience store For $65, it's a good deal. We would stay here again.
Stayed here while on a weekend outing. Check in at the gas station made me a bit nervous but I was pleased to hear that we had reserved their last room and many without reservations had to be turned away. Some of my party was uneasy about the exterior; a sort of corrugated steel normally associated with storage. However the attendant who gave us our keys (real metal keys, a rarity anymore) said that the owner had sent his wife for construction supplies and she'd come back having spent far more than he intended. Inside the rooms it shows. This motel is nicer than most hotels I've stayed in. We paid $60 for a one night stay and our room was nicer than rooms I've paid more than twice as much for. Flat screen tv, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, etc. The real shine of the rooms though is that they are immaculately clean, have a modern styling. Stainless steel bathroom accents and lots of attractive tile. Dark wood furniture. Two very comfortable queen size beds. A full length mirror. Shelving space, beyond the furniture drawers that could hold far more luggage than you'll bring. Whereas most hotel bathrooms are cramped this motel has a spacious bathroom with vanity lights (appreciated when putting on make up I'm told) and a tasteful porcelain skin. The bedroom is larger than most two bed rooms. Whereas at many motels one gets the sense that a decent place had been built 20+ years ago and no money for maintenance, repairs, or updates had been spent since at the plaza inn motel the feel is the opposite. It's as though they built rooms for a slightly upscale hotel. We only used one of the beds but the room is easily worth twice that especially if you have both beds in use. At $60/night one hopes for a clean bed and clean room and little else. These rooms offer that and far far more. Plus, on top of the complimentary coffee maker and ground in the room when we opted instead to purchase a coffee from the nearby gas station we were pleasantly surprised to find that the coffees were free as they're included in the price of the room. I really would recommend staying here. Don't be surprised if they raise their rates because the rooms are worth it.
The walls are literally as thick as paper. Extremely clean with Direct TV services on flat screen televisions and very nice rooms just wouldn't recommend any love making unless you don't mind everyone hearing you!
It's better than a Motel 6 something like a holiday inn but the rooms are spacious and comfortable also up to date. Extremely clean with Direct TV services on a flat screen television with Wi-Fi available. The only downside to this hotel is the walls are paper thin so if you take your girlfriend there try to get a room next to any empty unit like room 7 or else everyone will know how great your love life is! 😉
