Positive: Cheap and functional, utilitarian almost to a fault. Aircon and power outlets worked, TV worked (basic cable), and WiFi access, and clean. You will not get common amenities, such as floor towel, shampoo, but that is my preference for cheap motels. Negative: Room wasn't in the best condition repairwise. Missing smoke detector, shower head had a faulty seal that sprayed water over the curtain to the floor, paint was rough, lighting was harsh, and no desk lamps, etc. The other tenants seemed really sketchy.
Horrible stay! The beds are so bad and the rooms are so close to each other. I couldn’t sleep all night cause you would hear people walking outside. The beds are really old and it seems like they’re broken.

Positive: The first unit we were given was unfit for occupancy and dangerous. After several complaints we were up-graded to a fully functional unit. Negative: The unit we were given was clean, but the toilet did not flush properly. After a couple of hours it did not empty out. The shower lever on the faucet did not function, so hot water came out directly from the shower head. There were no non-skid mates. Negative: ""
My stay here was amazing. Laura made me feel like I was at home. Her customer service skills are amazing, the rooms were super clean and the property is quiet! I definitely will stay here again when I come back to California.

An excellent skatepark. A good size with lots of different options. The rails and ledges vary in size and there's a good proportion of street to transition. They've utilised every last bit of space perfectly. I also love a red concrete skatepark. #
