Plaza at the Pointe Shopping Center - Featured Reviews (263)
This review is for the business, Bounce House that is located in Plaza at the Point shopping center.
My husband and I took our two children here to celebrate our 4 yo birthday. We spent $20.00 to get in, $10 dollars per kid. It is mid July and almost 90 degrees out. The inside of this establishment had to have been close to the temperature outside. Needless to say the kids couldn't even play because of the heat. I then go and try to buy a drink and they have a minimum perches of $5 dollars if using debt card. I didn't have full $5 on my card so I couldn't get them a drink. We ended up leaving very frustrated with the whole situation and a sad kid because we couldn't give him the one thing he asked for, for his birthday.
All in all, the bounce equipment was pretty cool and all the free arcade games was nice as well. But we can not get past the price of admission for having no AC and a minimum purchase of $5 dollars for debt card purchases.
Been here for 3 years and it has been a journey and a great experience as a business owner
I had an good time walking around ' looking around at all nice items they have. They have increase in size!! Plus too with more vendors. More beautiful items!!! Very nice.
I visit the New Baltimore trade center at the Plaza because of the many events they have throughout the year. Especially enjoy the Diecast show every third Saturday of the month, next show is the 19th of Nov...! See you there...!!!
The "shopping center" as a whole... It's a building and a parking lot. The parking lot is horrible. They just "re-did" it over the summer. It's still horrible. Huge pot holes. I wish they'd get another grocery store in there again. Kroger is getting out of hand busy.
New Baltimore Trade Center is a clean and friendly atmosphere. Many different items sold by the vendors. Free photos with Santa all month long with pets included.
I usually shop at the Dollar Tree- a handy location- nice helpful staff- The manager one Sunday night had closed the store- a customer came up and he said they were closed however what did she need? He ran back in the store and found two choices and brought them to the door. She paid her $1.06 and drove away a happy customer!!
Need to put there night lights on...us older people can't see all the potholes and ther are not enough ramps for wheelchairs. The trade center is in violation of the ADA mandated laws because they have no designated handicap parking spaces or ramps😡

A chill place on a Sunday afternoon. After checking the website and seeing no food trucks (in February) I felt no qualms about bringing a sandwich in to absorb some of the alcohol.
Only a few other patrons and the beer tender inside an open, airy spa
