Woo!! What a charming place to be especially to have something good! Got a fruit bowl with chocolate and my goodness, it was something that I never thought I would have before. Absolutely sweet and it definitely made my day. Other options such as the smoothie is definitely something to recommend when coming to Playa Bowl.
Service was spectacular, the staff there have such caring hearts who really do love their job and are always happy to serve customers. They make sure what you get is LITERALLY what you get.
Atmosphere felt amazing! The style of the inside is something I have never seen usually at a place, all the coloring on the walls, it felt that I was near a beach with even a surfboard being inside the store.
Overall, this is a place to definitively come back to usually I would say only for dessert as it is not a place to probably have dinner for but something to definitely have when your sweet tooth comes along!!!
During my first visit, I experienced poor service and unprofessional behavior from the staff, but I brushed it off thinking it might be a one-off incident. However, upon my second visit, I was met with the same disappointing level of service. The way the personnel communicates with clients is far from acceptable. I had hoped for a better experience, but it seems there's a pattern. A significant improvement in service and staff attitude is needed.
Super fast service and clean store. The acai bowls are very good and the menu has a huge variety. I can't wait to go back.
First time to try this location. But never again. I paid for extra coconut nut flake which even she forgot to add coconut, I returned back abd she said sorry add some little tiny?!?? What???? I asked for extra so how about the regular amount???? The bowl from the bottom full of strawberries pieces when I wiped with napkin it wasn’t clean at all. I usually order from the Englwood store with no complaint.
Hope they will figure out what’s the problem with this lady !!!!!!
I want to post a picture but sorry I don’t know how
Very friendly & helpful counter person, and my order (a customized Almond Joy Chia Bowl) was prepared PERFECTLY. Excellent strawberries, in particular! THANK YOU! (I should have tipped — I will next time.

(8/13/23 - around 12:30) I ordered online for the first time today. When I went in, the girl at the counter said that there was no name with the order. All she did was stand there asking for another name and was not helping me find my order. She had a disgusting attitude like she didn’t want to help nor wanted to even work at that place. When I tried showing my order for confirmation, she wouldn’t bother to look. Her movements were especially slow when trying to find my order and she even stopped to start talking to other customers. She was tall and her frizzy black hair was in a bun. People like this cannot be working at the front counter. The customer service here needs to take it a step up. Please consider changing
This place makes exceptional acai as well as other types of bowls with many topping varieties. I am bothered by there not being an easy parking option and the wait times have been long each time, so I order way before getting there.
Just walked out of there, after waiting for forty(!) minutes for a CoCo Craze bowl. They have children, basically, running it in there. I got home before noticing that they gave me something called Nutellco, with the gluten-free granola I did ask for. I wish I had noticed their error early on, so I could have simply asked for my money back, and left. And the screaming kids at 4 o'clock on the afternoon add to the ambiance, delightfully! Just a sh-t show. Save your money, or buy your overpriced sugary confections at Beets, instead.
I did the one on one personal run coaching session with Chris. The session was very in depth and he gave me lots of great critiques on my running and the how to fix. He ran next to me helping me practice how to fix my form and went over each step. Af
My friend recommended this place to me when I told him I was looking for a great quality cigar smoking lounge for my Dad's visit next month. This Tobacco shop combines amazing history of the past with cool, clean modern day future vibe seamlessly. Th
Came here with my niece to have a special day with and she loved it! Sheâs very artsy and loves painting so I figured this was a perfect idea. I definitely recommend reserving a table because it does get busy and during our visit when we where at t
Went to the Ridgewood village street fair Sunday. It was the best street fair ,and we've gone to many. There were so many vendors, arts, crafts and food. The park was set up with all kinds of attractions for kids like the inflatable type rides. It
Love that they customize spicy level. Can get it spicier â¤ï¸. Also plenty of vegetarian options. Delicious Pad Thai, masaman curry, and gai rad prik (crispy chicken). Not pictured, because we ate them so much, but curry puffs are also delicious.

One of the most delicious pizzas I've ever eaten. This restaurant does not accept reservations. They don't have many tables either. It is small but has a warm atmosphere. If you're lucky, you can taste those delicious flavors without waiting too long
The food is absolutely amazing and so fresh. It is hands down one of the most satisfying meals Iâve had in a while. We got the Shepardâs Salad, Lentil Soup and Chicken Shish. The flavors were all there and equally as comforting. Service was spect
Iâm not the type to leave reviews but I have to say this place is amazing. The hostess and our server Carlos were very welcoming and always around if we needed anything. The food was very good especially the steak bowl special. And for desert the t
This 6 mile paved, basically flat, path which runs alongside Saddle River is lovely. The mile markers inspire me to push myself a little further each time.
