This specific Playa Bowls branch is much better than the rest that I have tried. The Aćai Nutella bowl was great!!! The location was perfect for a morning Breakfast bowl by the beach.
Great concept! Huge menu of bright and flavorful smoothies and smoothie bowls jam packed with fresh, whole fruits, veggies and grains. Everything is delicious and made to order. I absolutely love finding innovative and fun ways to eat fruits and veggies! I would love to see Playa Bowls branch out into the Pittsburgh, PA market!
Playabowls is one of my favorite snack places, food at this one was great as usual. Unfortunately there's a problem with biting flies in the outdoor table area that makes eating there unbearable 😟

The woman/owner at Playa Bowls on the boardwalk in Asbury Park was so kind and helpful. It was my first time in there she helped me out with my order. She was very welcoming of my dog. He even got a Playa bowl pup cup! The Pura vida was absolutely delicious. And you can just feel that you are eating something healthy. It's a very cool, relaxedsurf -type atmosphere.
This puts me in my happy place!! I can’t have dairy and this is the perfect solution to it! The customer service was so kind and patient. 💕

I visited this location this past Sunday on Mother's Day. I ordered my favorite Dolce Smoothie with less banana and chocolate plant protein. The smoothie that I got however, had a lot of banana in it. I couldn't taste the peanut butter or the chocolate protein and it was way too sweet for me. My body doesn't handle sugar well even if its from fruit. I went back in to tell them it was too much banana for me and not what I asked for. The woman at the register quickly made a fresh one for me and it was perfect! Great customer service! thank you!
Loved this cafe. We just got smoothies but the folks at other tables with food were enjoying what they ordered and I was sad I had eaten lunch already. Vegan and vegetarian options plus they donate proceeds for certain dishes to charity which is cool

Lovely beach with some big black rocks at few places gives quite beautiful backdrop for pictures and a good place for fishing too. Boardwalk is not too big but enough bto spent a evening with sone bars and other shops.
