Plant Park - Park in Tampa - S Plant Ave, USA

A quick bike ride through UT’s shore brings you to Plant Park (accesible directly from W Kennedy Blvd). Did you know that the park features running water from a natural spring? How cool is that! With a mix of old architecture and new, this green oasis is a true gem to rest, make new friends as you can see on the pictures, and enjoy the cool breeze of its shady canopy by the shores of Hillsborough river.

Went for the 1st time for St. Patrick’s day and what an awesome place! The whole scenery and atmosphere was breathtaking. Beautiful place to talk a walk at the park, read a book or even take a good nap! ☀️

Beautiful park with awesome views all around. There are some historical signs to read as well that help add more context to the park. They have benches throughout along with wide open spaces to enjoy.

Plant park is gorgeous! There is parking behind the museum before you drive into the park! My husband and I went on a Saturday to do our wedding first look and take family and party photos. It’s gorgeous! There’s views of the river, the city, the beautiful brick museum, etc! It’s a little busy on the weekend but the park is huge.

Probably one of the best places in Tampa. Next to the University and the river, beautiful view, perfectly maintained park, quiet, peaceful setting. If/when you want a little quality time just sit down here.

Hellooo!! Visiting tampa from miami beach for the rolling stones show, we stopped by plant park to have a wide open view of the city... The park part of the university of tampa, which is right in front of downtown tampa. Green, palms, trees, and sculptures!!

Gorgeous park across from Tampa's Riverwalk. Great place to relax, play frisbee, etc.
