You WILL NOT be disappointed!! The product does exactly what it says it does and SO MUCH MORE. The trainers are top notch and I would HIGHLY recommend coming to the in class training. You will leave with a TON of information and a REALLY full belly😀! The staff is fantastic and friendly and most importantly..patient! I had a BLAST and would come back just to say hi to everyone. GREAT JOB guys!

The PlanSwift training that my husband and I attended in Utah was a step above. All of the trainers were extremely knowledgeable and eager to teach. The lessons were detailed and fast-paced, so some basic understanding of the program is recommended, although not required. The PlanSwift training videos on YouTube were helpful for us. The staff went above and beyond to make our group feel welcome by providing snacks, drinks, and meals. Laptops were also available to borrow if needed. We highly recommend this training.

I thought that the training was a great help for my growth as an estimator. I was able to spend time with the team at PlanSwift and learn how the software can make me more productive. Everyone in the class was engaged and it was an overall great experience. I would look forward to more advanced training opportunities in the future if they become available.

Love the product. Support and technical assistance, not so much. Typical wait time is over an hour for support chat. Today, I waited over two hours on screen for a rep. No answer, so I gave up. This is definitely not the support I need.

Great product. Hope you don't have a problem that needs immediate assisting though. The tech support response takes a while and you may lose a day of work if your down.

I've been using this in the UK for few years now. The software is 'OK' but is too expensive and it does have some glitches. It's written for feet and inches and not all the 'metric' bits work as well as they should so those 'bits' are unusable which is not good for $1000 software. Contacting support is a complete waste of time - they may be able to solve coding problems but they know nothing about building in the UK. I wouldn't buy again just because of the poor level of support (which you pay £200 a year for!).

I have dealt with PlanSwift for over 9 months now, I am constantly amazed at the professional level the staff runs at, everyone knows their job, and has a self motivated attitude; it’s truly an amazing thing to see. I been involved with a lot of different organizations but I’ve never seen another company as dedicated to making their product constantly better for the end use than PlanSwift. Thank You PlanSwift

The training was great I learned so much in two days. I now feel like I can truly use the program to its full potential. The instructors were great.
