Planet Pizza - Pizza restaurant in White Plains - 290 Tarrytown Rd, USA

I was rushed to order then the wings ordered were not fully cooked and they were served at room temperature and soaking in spicy sauce in a carton container even though I ordered mild and they were not fully cooked. The owner, I think took the order since he was taking all orders and being rude when I asked him that I want to take my wings to go and he just looked at me demanding me to stop talking to him since he was taking a phone order but all I asked to take the wings to go. I will never go to this place to eat again since the quality of the food such as wings and pizza were bad and the service is the worst comparing to the way it was years ago.

We ordered a large pie with pepperoni and extra cheese. The pie had about 3 pieces of peperoni and no extracheese for 37.87. Called bacj for a return and was told they would send another we waited all night for nothing..i used to walk in and ordrr all the time . Now i will never return go this den of thieves again ..they suck they suck they suck they responded they would look into it and to give them a chance and absolutly nothing has been done. They took our money with no problem said they would send another and left us hanging..thanks for the great customer service.(NOT). I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY EATS HERE..THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT RIPPING YOU OFF. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOUR QUICKLY LEFT OUT IN THE COLD. REAL CRAPPY WAY TO DO BUISNESS

I use to come here multiple times. Today 10/17/2023 I ordered two slices of cheese pizza. I am eating my pizza look down only to see an INSECT crawling in my pizza box. I was instantly disgusted and freaked out. I immediately took it back and told them there is something crawling in there. The workers there had no care , no sympathy, nor did they even care a BUG WAS CRAWLING IN OUR FOOD rather looked at us with blank stares. I am disappointed in the customer service I have received today and WILL NOT BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER. If I get sick tomorrow, or the days that follow I will have a lawyer!

Love their services and they are very friendly and non expensive. I've been here a few times and would highly recommend 👌

I just can’t understand any armature can open a pizza place but dont know how to make food. The pizza sucks so much cheese and there is always somethingerong. The pasta sucks taste like Mexican food i just dont get it how is this an Italian pizzeria

Planet Pizza White Plains - Stood in the shop for 10min waiting for my order to be taken. Staff look at me then walked away. It was not busy and there was at least 5 people behind the counter. I asked if I can give my order, no one moved. The Spanish lady next to me said it in spanish to alert the staff, still ignored. This is not my first bad experience here, it's been a long time since my last walk into this shop. I guess I forgot how poor service is, but I was reminded. I ended up walking out and they will not get my $$$.

Terrible delivery service. 1 hour 30 minutes and still waiting, even when I'm 10 minutes away

Listen their pizza is good, I’ve eaten from them before but this particular time, I ordered pizza and zeppole, went home was eating what I spent my hard working money on.. I found a big long hair in the the zeppole bag wrapped around one of the powdered donuts. Just nasty.!!!! I was rooting for this particular location. Nope! Never eating here again! I will never recommend either! No thank you! Terrible!
