Plan b Milford - American restaurant in Milford - 1638 Boston Post Rd, USA

I visited this location for dinner with my family on a Sunday evening. We were seated promptly which was great because my mom is disabled and unable to stand for long periods of time. Unfortunately that is the end of our positive experience here. Immediately after we were seated our waiter took our drink and appetizer order which consisted of a beer, a mixed drink and jalapeño poppers. Ten minutes after we were seated another table was seated and they ordered jalapeño poppers as well. Roughly five minutes later the waitress for the other table Hunter appeared with jalapeño poppers and I heard my waiter ask her if they belonged to our table which is rudely brushed him off and said no. Shortly after, we received our entrees, four burgers and beer but no appetizer or mix drink from the bar. We asked our waiter what happened to other appetizers and mixed drink. He apologized without explanation and said they would be out shortly. We waited and waited, after we finished our meals the appetizer was delivered and the mixed drink from the bar was received. I asked the waiter if our appetizer was given to the other table by Hunter and he just looked and apologized. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t not have a drink until well after we all finished our meals. I understand the bar can be busy on a Sunday night but not receiving our appetizer until well after our meals are finished is not acceptable. Employees should not be rude to customers that goes without saying but it’s also of the utmost importance that employees are not rude to each other as well! It’s unfortunate my waiter was treated so poorly by his colleague. I wrote this review not because of my experience at this restaurant but because of the poor experience my waiter received by his colleague.

My first time experience here was mostly positive. All-in-all, I'd return to try other menu items. The M.O.A.B. (mother of all burgers) was close to requested temp, the bread didn't come out soggy, the sauce was practical, and the fries were actually good. Adding an additional 2-3oz of meat to it would bring it over the top (where it should be), but that's up to a different Chef to decipher. Took ≈15 minutes to be seated around 2 pm. on a Sunday. My server did an amazing job through its entirety. The restaurant was clean, well lit, and had many families enjoying the establishment. I'd call that a win. I'd recommend anyone in the Milford area to go check them out.

Amazing service first and foremost! Need to give a huge thank you to Tom for a thorough explanation of the menu and allergens. A member of our dining party has celiacs so we greatly appreciated his attention to detail. The food itself was SO good. You can't miss with anything. Cocktails are nice and strong so you definitely get what you pay for. Happy customers here!

Although everything was great, the only issue was some of the food. One of the people in my group had ordered a burger medium rare, and when received, it was almost well done. The nice waitress (Nathalie) stated that is how they cook their burgers. A customer should have their food prepared how they request it and not how the cook wants to cook it. Also, the fish was not cooked well enough, and its batter fell apart, so it was not enjoyable. Other than that, the rest of the food was good.

Really lovely place!!! Relatively cheap for a nice restaurant. About $12 for 3 amazing tacos! I was so impressed! Food came out quick for a busy night! Trivia was okay... the man running it didn't care about our questions, but I don't blame the restaurant for that!! I'd go back for the restaurant/food, but probably not the trivia because they were a bit rude which kinda sucked. Our waiter was a younger man with curly hair, he was so so kind to us! Take care of him he is so sweet!! Definitely worth the drive if you live a little bit far (about 40 mins out for us) but WORTH IT!

Located on a corner of a strip mall with plenty of parking spaces. Quickly seated. They have a fairly sizable number of appetizers and plates to choose from. I ordered the Blue Cheese Burger. Small burger, with caramelize onions. Very tasty! The shoe string fries were also very good.

We had wings and nuggets 1/2 Kentucky bourbon 1/2 honey bbq. Amazing appetizers followed by burgers. Everyone has something different I went with the squealer. Once again amazing!!! They were all grilled to perfection!

Had the breakfast burger, nitro coffeehouse porter, and a UFO blueberry wheat. Draft beer: plentiful selection and the two I had were pretty good. Didn't get a chance to check out the bourbon list, but the menu says they have one. Food: the breakfast burger was excellent and the fries were great. Had I seen the Sriracha fries on the menu, I'd have tried those. Highly recommend!
