Pizza Plus - Pizza restaurant in Rogersville - 3934 TN-66, USA

Ordered family cheese stick with a small dessert. We got home and didn’t have any sauce cups. Called the store was told they would remake it. So we drove back out there. They made a small with 1 cup and was giving us 3 for the one we got. By then it’s already cold. And I have a 5 year old that’s hungry, So they remade a Large with 3 cups. I understand you get busy but rushing to cook food and it to not be cooked all the way is disgusting!!! I’m not one to complain because I’ve worked in the fast food company but this is unacceptable. We won’t be back.

I would give a higher star rating but the past couple times we come to this pizza plus we end up having to have a pizza remade. We always get a specialty and a one topping pizza. One topping pizza is always right, but when we order our specialty we get the super deluxe with no pepperoni, no ham, and no sausage. We add banana peppers to it. So the only meat that is suppose to be on the pizza is hamburger unless we ask for chicken or anchovies. They have been making it with all meat toppings. We don't eat pork products due to religion that's why we have it removed. If we could get pizza right the first time and not have to sit and wait for a pizza to be remade I would have given a bigger star rating. Need to pay close attention to the WHOLE receipt and not just a piece of it.

Enjoyed a wonderful meal that our Godmother and family brought unto us on 05/11/2023. I would love to uplift everyone in this business. The supreme and cheese pizza is very delightful and tasty. The vegetables on the pizza were very fresh and mouth watering. The cheese on the pizza was very cheesy and stringy and just tasted awesome. The thin crust tasted very awesome. Very good job on the sauce and both pizzas were very delicious. Will greatly be back here again. We enjoyed pizza plus. Thank you Steph and Andy's.

Great service. Good salad bar and pizza. Order the cheese bread!

Our server was both polite and charming. Salad bar was spotless and all the ingredients were fresh (and tasty!). My sandwich (sry, took a cpl bites, had to smush it back together) was cooked to a perfect crisp (mmmm) and contained the expected twang of the combination of banana peppers and Italian dressing. I felt the meat in the sandwich was a bit lacking however, the essence of the classic 'sub sandwich' was all there! The staff was slammed with orders coming in, yet they pulled together with true teamwork. We had a great dining experience with them.

Unfortunately by the time we arrived the buffet was finished. It's from 11-2. It would have cost us $5.59 each for the salad bar. Too much for that quantity even if it was unlimited. Instead we just took a large pizza, 2 toppings for $15.50. The pizza was good. But the tomato sauce in a container tasted funny. Like a metallic taste. The waitress was nice and friendly. But she did not bring us plates with the pizza. .

Nostalgia... I hadn't been to a pizza plus I'm about 30 years! This visit was like stepping into a memory. I remember back when you got a free pizza with your pizza (that's where the name pizza plus name from). Unfortunately, they no longer have that deal. We settled for two large pizzas. It was pretty good.
