Didn't even get to finish ordering tonight on 02/03/24. The girl that answered the phone had an attitude, kept putting me on hold and asking me 5 times what my address was. I've lived in Brewster for 22 years at the same address. She was flat out rude when I was trying to order a pizza. My husband could hear her and told me to just hang up. I told her to never mind I'll call another pizza place.
Food was, phenomenal tasting. Really really small portions for a really high price! The girl behind the counter was nice. She was confused because I said I placed an order online and apparently it goes through Door dash, so when I said my name for my order there was some confusion. Still. Really good food!
Picked up small pizza and sub through the drive thru. They told me 45 minutes on a Tuesday night which seemed odd since I have picked that order up in 20 minutes. Anyway I waited and got there 50 minutes later and was told it still had a few minutes. It was a ghost town and only saw one order sitting on the oven but they asked me to pull up. Again odd because no one was behind me in line. Waited about 5 more minutes and no other cars came through. She finally brought it out and the pizza was incredible as usual. The sub was soaked in grease and soggy, but that pizza made it all worth it. Some things are just worth the wait.
I'm a truck driver, anytime I'm in the area and need food delivery this is my go to place. Great pizza and excellent service. Highly recommended!
Chicken, meatballs, potatoes always delicious. Good value. The dining room is antiseptic, cold, and uninviting. Pick-up/carry out works fine.
Consistent quality year over year. We order our pizza with a thin crust. Delicious and not so heavy on the gut.
If your from Canton you have to love pizza oven, this was also one ofy first jobs as a young adult so it means so much to me
The lady working the front counter was awful. Horribly incompetent, hates her job and wants to make sure you know it. Waited over an hour for a single pepperoni pizza on a Monday night. (We were the only two people waiting in the entire restaurant). The lady asked my name to check on the pizza but never came back and didn’t follow up. Another 30 minutes goes by and I’m tired of waiting. We go to the counter and the lady just kinda laughs and “oops, it’s under the wrong name”. I was furious. It took a lot of self control not to go off on them in there. She seems to think that a “pretty face”means she can mess up your order as much as she wants and laugh about it. The pizza we finally received was dried out and hard from sitting under the heating lamps for so long. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not return to this location until there is a change in staff. I have warned my friends to avoid this location. It isn’t worth it to put up with the horrible service here.
Always enjoy being at Bear's Beach my family is from the area and even though now we are about 2 hours away there's generally no stopping us from hanging out there when we really want to. The staff keeps the kids pretty well in check it does get a li
We was there from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. today and it was awesome! People were very respectful of each other there were no gunning engines. And they even had live entertainment. It was a well-planned out fundraiser. And might I add the car that has a
Lighthouse, by far, has the best breakfast in Stark County. We are here every weekend and won't go anywhere else. The home fries are made with fresh potatoes and never frozen like most other places use. The service is also top notch. We always feel l
We have eaten eaten here several times and have had great food each time. The portions are large and the prices are pretty moderate. The waitresses have always been very friendly, too. It's a place you can just sit back and relax at!
