My favorite pizza. Half double sausage & half double pepperoni & cheese bread. Cheese sauce is terrific too

Other than freschetta frozen pizza, this is my favorite pizza overall. And I travel across the country in a semi truck and eight many different types of pizza. Every time I come back in town I always have to have my pizza king fixed, and they have excellent customer service! Highly recommend them!!

I heard of this place on Facebook and saw they had a little train that delivers your drinks. I thought it’d be awesome for our kids. Well turns out this location doesn’t have a train despite the fact some people have uploaded photos of a train from another location to the Google photos. This place is rather small inside but it was super quiet and dead when we arrived so we decided to give it a try regardless. I had the submarine, wife had the chicken Alfredo and kids had chicken fingers and fries. The bread on my sandwich was really good but personally I wasn’t a fan of everything else on it. The Alfredo was great too and it had more bread with cheese. But the tenders and fries were surprisingly good. I’d go back just for the fries. Overall the food was probably in line with other “fast food” pizza places but I thought it was incredibly affordable at $34 to feed all of us especially in this economy. Beyond the food the service was great. There was a middle aged man kind of bald that was super nice and attentive, he seemed like the owner. Everyone who came in seemed like they knew him and he had a great relationship with them. I’d go back for the service and to give the pizza a try for sure. Possibly look into removing the photos that aren’t if this actual location though.

The lady that took our order at the counter seemed to not want to be there. When we ordered she asked if we wanted our cheesy garlic bread first. We did and it came out like 2 minutes before our pizza and the bread was burnt. The chicken bacon ranch pizza was good though. The restaurant was run down and not very good. I do not know why they have a share tip jar there. They do the same work as Burger King or McDonald's. The New Albany location is way better and they wait on you and has nicer people working.

I’m really wanting to like this place because the pizza is much like one of my favorite pizzeria chains in Lexington, ky, Sir Pizza. ….square cut, diced toppings & thin crust. But there is one MAJOR DIFFERENCE!!! …they don’t add enough pizza sauce!!!! IMHO, it’s the sauce that makes the pizza!!!!! Who wants to taste a mouthful of cheese?.?!!! I will go there 1 more time & request extra sauce. If that does’t happen, then for sure it will be my last visit! Lastly, since it’s a chain, I’m sure that corporate designates rigid amounts of toppings. But I hope that someone from this store reads my review. At this particular store, there was only 1 person who was both at the counter & dining room. Our table wasn’t totally clean & he never checked back to ask about our food. But times have surely changed! Finding workers in low paying jobs is nearly impossible!

Our pizza is burnt. I didn't realize that Door Dash is now responsible for your quality assurance. This should have NEVER been put into a box but it DID because you knew it would be up to DD to correct the issue. When I called PK directly I was confronted with a yound lady that didn't have customer service skill #1 and used "all righty" as a response when I asked for a manager. That manager by the way said his hands were tied. I guess he is not in control of his store, his product, his employees, his partners or his QA. So surprised at the decline of one of our favorite pizza chains. #checkurbox

I live in Clarksville Tennessee. I found the Pizza King in Jefferson ville about 8 years ago I am from Indiana and I love Pizza King however this new cook needs to be fired. A real cook could smell a scorch pizza and I am so disappointed and out $43.00 I can't return it because oh I live in Clarksville Tennessee. I HAVE PICTURES OF THE BOTTOM

Horrible customer service. Do NOT waste your money. Ordered a 16" bbq pizza without onions for my husband's birthday as his only birthday request. Drove to the birthday party 30min away to discover they gave me the wrong pizza. I received a 14" pizza with onions. Called to tell them and they said I have to drive 30minutes back to return the pizza in order for them to make it right. I spent $42 for a bbq pizza and 3 orders of pretzel sticks, not $42 for a pizza with onions that he cant eat on his birthday...
