Pizza Factory - Pizza restaurant in Anacortes - 3219 Commercial Ave, USA

Family with boys who love pizza and good ranch from Pizza Factory. My complaint is that 9 times out of 10, there isn't a delivery driver. We do like to dine-in on occasion, good atmosphere. I wish there were more games! There is so much potential to make this a family hang out in this sleepy little town 💕

Great pizza! A bit of a wait (25-30 min), but I think I ordered after family. Great crust and toppings - I got the Greek, and I'm glad they have vegetarian options. Self-serve drinks are a plus.

Was a nice little stop on our way to whale watch. They had a cheesy ranch pizza which was amazing! They have a little buffet with a drink only $10 so very budget friendly. The lady at the counter was really sweet and even offered to make a pizza that we wanted for the buffet

Wonderful welcome and customer service. Zanna was So quick to get us exactly what we want. Salad bar looks good, but we'll try it next time. Came in for spaghetti and meatballs. Got the Awesome Combo pizza this time instead. They let us choose thin crust. Rob was doing a good job tossing by hand. Tossed so high it missed the picture. Very convenient location. We pulled into their parking lot, right after entering town on Commercial Street, so we could locate @EverettClinic, which was a block away. Afterwards we came back. Hot pie in minutes. Delicious and crispy as hoped. Generous portions at reasonable price.

Good pizza, kind of creepy, but good pizza So I visited here today to check it out. Coming from the east coast I was like, "how good could WEST COAST pizza be?" Well it was pretty good actually, and it was relatively clean place as you can see from my photos. The part that worried me was the lack of customers. Like, a $9 pizza buffet and the place is abandoned at 12pm on a Sunday?? Also no employees, the pizza buffet just sort of kept refilling whenever I had my back turned. But.. good pizza, clean environment, and solitude. Who cares if the employees are all ghosts? Or that the empty restaurant might be a drug lord's money laundering shop? I'll be back again next week for sure!

Incredibly slow service. We ordered and patiently waited for 40 minutes before asking if it’d be much longer. After asking, the staff stumbled through the checks and then told me there are 5 more orders ahead of me and the oven is full so at least 30 more minutes. Nothing was said to me about the wait when we ordered. Couldn’t tell you about the food because we never got it. We got a refund and left. To the credit of the staff, they were polite and apologetic.

Freaking delicious and great customer service. The minis are a great size for one person and they are not covered in overwhelming amounts of grease. Theres drinks on tap and a quaint salad bar. The games and little nicknack machines are over priced; that would literally be my only complaint and I won't even call it that. Highly recommend this place!
