Got two pepperoni slices which were delicious but the grease had soaked through the the crust which is expected with slices tbh . Would definitely eat there again.

This is where you go for great pizza! (Not the atmosphere 😜) My wife and I were visiting Santa Fe and we were ready to try some non-Santa Fe-type food. This place delivered. Their pizza toppings were thoughtfully put together & brought out so much flavor. 5/5 would recommend

Probably the best pizza in New Mexico, at least the best I’ve tasted over the last 20 years or so. The cheese and sauce have wonderful flavor, the dough in the pizza crust and breadsticks is the perfect balance of moistness and crunchiness. The meats are fresh. The only thing I wish they had were buffalo wings, but the pizza alone is worth the visit.

Got a small (12”) pepperoni, ricotta spinach pie for $25. Very tasty! Pricey but good 👍

Amazing pizza with chewy crust and delicious marinara sauce. The pepperonis were nice and toasty on the edges and the olives are real, and gave it a great flavor. This will be our new favorite pizza place in NM.

I wanted pizza like I’m used to on the east coast where I grew up. Pizza Centro is it—crunchy crust with greasy grease on top and the right amount of cheese 😋 Thanks for serving Santa Fe!

It's a beautifully straight forward place. They are quick to take your order, food is out quick, and the 'za, calzones, and salads are all fire. Price is pretty standard across Santa Fe. Service is friendly and if you're nice it goes a long way. If you have a bad time here, either you're expecting Michelin star experience and are a fool, or you're just a rude person.

The only way to get a better meal (including any of their salads) would be to make it yourself...and that's only if you're a chef. The aroma catches your senses and the fantastic food will stay with you forever. This is my new favorite in all of Santa Fe!!
