They text you constantly about things throughout your stay instead of letting you know at check in. Our first issue is we were advised we are not to have a mat down because they are revamping there grass. That is fine is the grass wasn't 4 inches long. Then we were not advised of the sprinkler times and woke up to everything wet so couldn't enjoy a morning outside by the fire. The spots are very tight and we couldn't even open our awning all the way without hitting the next trailer. They do however have buddy spots where you can pull through that are alot larger and you can enjoy the face to face trailers with your friends and family. If we choose to stay there again this will def. be our request.
When heading to the Central Coast and San Luis Obispo, we enjoy bringing our RV here. It’s about five miles south of Pismo Beach and not nearly as crowded. You can easily bicycle to Pismo, should you want to. It’s central to many places to enjoy.
I love how quiet and clean the park is. I was just sitting and enjoying my morning shake and a Blue Jay came right up to me. I recommend this park for older Adults and kids that just want to chill out. Close to stores and the main entrance to Oceano dunes. The pool and jacuzzi are always refreshing.
Made reservations a year in advance for a specific site and was moved without being told The site I am now stuck with has nothing but dirt and stickers yet no mats allowed Update: after speaking with the manager I was granted permission to lay out a mat but still disappointed that I am stuck with the unacceptable site change. Have now been told they do offer a lock in fee, in addition to paying in full, which was never mentioned a year ago.
Very cosy family camping. Real authentic atmosphere. Nice pool, friendly staff and clean showers. Amazing coffee place nearby (Deltina coffee roasters) and very close to the fabulous sand dunes.

We just came home after a weeks stay. Throughly enjoyed the great weather..and the nice campers we had as neighbirs. Girls in offuce were sweet and helofull. Be back next Season!!!
This was our second stay here and, as always, it was great. The staff is first rate and was helpful every time we needed something. The maintenance staff is super helpful when we needed a tree trimmed before we left so it did not damage our RV. I highly recommend staying here!

Very nice, well kept park. Plenty of parking, picnic areas, open spaces, nice bathrooms, gr8 kid play area, and close to the beach. Dogs need to be on the leash due to no fencing around park.
