The rooms are like any other hotel, you will have to deal with the nightlife of Pismo so if going with family I wouldn’t recommend. You’re about a ten minute walk to the beach which is nice. Service here is the worst. They have no help from their staff at the front. Don’t try to book with them personally as they will quote you one thing and then Jack up the price 3 minutes later, $80 more for two nights to be exact. No manager on duty over the weekends so if you’re looking for resolution to any issues they will contact after you have already left. Much nicer places to stay in Pismo, don’t bother with this hotel, not worth it.

We enjoyed our stay here over the holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly and surprised us upon arrival by upgrading our room to one with a view.

Super noisy . Worst part was a day after I left, I had bedbugs all over my abdomen and back. Confirmed by dermatologist. I asked them for some kind of compensation and they denied that their room would have bugs. I didn’t stay anywhere else so I know it came from there. I’d never go back.

The location is good, but if your room faces the main road you hear everything. Also you can hear the band from the bar. In addition if you stay in room 403 don’t plan on sleeping. The bed makes so much noise we weren’t sure if it was the box spring or the frame but if you roll over a lot when you sleep forget about it. The staff are nice but spend a little more and stay in a different hotel.

This hotel is very old and dirty, the restroom was full of hair, and we were not able to sleep at all, there was a part next door trust me ceiling and walls are so tiny, that you can feel every kind of noise. Unfortunately we also paid a lot of money for this horrible place.

The hotel sits in the middle of everything. I like it because it was walking distance and if we needed to drop off our bags of goodies we just had to either take the old school elevator that reminded me of the the Disney Club 33 elevator or if I needed to get steps in on my Apple Watch. I can just go around the back to the secured access to the stairs. My wife and I opted for the stairs because we ate a lot and needed to burn off some local food. It was quiet on the third floor and I’m a light sleeper. The bed was comfortable, it was warm so we had the tan on and a window cracked open for fresh ocean air. I like this hotel because of the location, the older look, the comfortable bed, our bathroom was big (we got a corner room). If you want a room with a larger bathroom, get the rooms that end in 9. We will be staying here in our trips to Pismo…

Tank, hotel employee who was super nice and helpful. I forgot shampoo and conditioner and he got a couple extra little conditioner bottles for me. I really appreciated it. Our room is spotless and smells nice too. Pismo is sleepy tonight. It's Thanksgiving technically.

Super clean and great staff. However, it’s the hottest and the noisiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Our room 403 was located on the main road and the pub down stairs closes at 2am then the garbage collector and the street sweeper comes along. Our room also has a bathroom the size of a cupboard with an enormous washstand making it impossible to sit straight on the toilet or access the shower/bath other than sliding past sideways and we are not big people. We booked months in advance from Australia and this was the best they could do. At us $279 it left a sour tast in my mouth..

We love staying here! Every room has an ocean view and when we stay on upper levels we love keeping the sliding door open so we can hear the ocean waves and feel the fresh air. Very cool town as well. We love to go into town for food and San Luis Obi

This little overlook provides an amazing view! It wasn’t super busy, but it’s surprisingly chilly out so it may be that. Plenty of room for the kiddos to run around and play, just be careful of the construction areas!
