Looks nice! The owner offered help when I need, but there was a lot of food I'd never seen, so I thought I need to more learn those for my next visit. Some reviewers here said that they didn't show a food price, but I can now find the cost with food.

Went on a weekend. The grocery section has a lot of Persian items that you can't find elsewhere. Great. Very few products have price tags on them, so you don't know how much they cost. Not great. Tried the kebabs. Ordered one chicken kebab and one ground beef/lamb kebab with a side of rice. Both kebabs were over cooked and dry. There was only one person working who had to manage the store as well as the cooking of the food. Probably not ideal and the results showed in the food. I hope to try it again during the lunch hour on a weekday to see if there's a difference in the food quality.
Great little store with all the products that you would expect from a Iranian run store. It's family owned and operated. I feel welcomed each time I visit. They have great takeout shish kebab. I would highly recommended Pirooz for anyone that's looking for good Persian food with great service and products.
A small market that stocks all ingredients necessary for staple Persian dishes, as well as Persian desserts. This market is a must-see if interested in cooking Persian cuisine. They also cook Persian dishes to order, and the quality is generally very good.
Great selection of persian products. I also think the kababs are very good quality specially the Chenjeh kabab if you take it home and grill yourself is a wonderful treat :)
Very friendly staff. A small tiny store that has most of the persian ingredients you'd want when cooking traditional dishes.

We were here on a late night snack. The service was good just like the pizza. Let me tell you this, if you buy two slices, that is enough. ð I had a small whole pie and that was more than enough for one person. They have good vegan options too!
Wonderful playground. It's divided into younger and older kids section. There is a dragon head in each section - connected by a speaking tube. So kids can speak into one head and hear what's said in the other. Both sections are fenced and gated. B

A fantastic park for adult and children. This park has playground for the kids, beautiful sitting area and restrooms. Has great views and fresh air. There is a hikes you can do and also can take your pets. Such a peaceful natural spot to hang on.

Very nice place for picnic, beach time, kids cycling, playground and trail walk. Nice view of the shoreline. Restroom is available everywhere. Get some fish and chips, back park your car, seat on the deck, thatâs it. Enjoy the view and eat.
Really cool cafe and not your average corporate Starbucks. Good Kona coffee. Tasty little fudge type pastries called Barfi. The name is weird but the smooth grained texture is melt in your mouth. Recommend!
