Pirates of the Caribbean - Theme park in Lake Buena Vista - 1180 Seven Seas Drive, USA

A calming, classic attraction in Magic Kingdom. Lines can get pretty long, and are usually around 45 minutes and can surpass one hour. Personally, I wouldn’t wait more than 10 minutes, given the quantity and quality of the other attractions in the vicinity.

Pirates of the Caribbean is a fun, classic boat ride that’s about pirates. This is at Magic Kingdom, and does have shorter wait times than other rides. The queue was mostly bland, but contained a few cool items. The ride itself was immersive, and really put you into what’s going on in the story. There’s a drop in this ride, so prepare to get wet! The catchy song combined with the immersion, and the drop all makes this a fun ride. Overall, is worth checking out!

This is always one of my must do rides whenever I visit the Magic Kingdom. I love the theming and the music.

This is the story the movies take after. Years ago, Disney changed parts to of the ride to include Jack Sparrow. Before that, he wasn’t in it. This is a little boat ride taking you through a tale that dead men can’t tell about pirates, cannons, gold and rum. It’s a cute ride, not one that has to be repeated but worth doing

The Pirates boat ride is one of our favorite rides when we visit the Magic Kingdom. It's a classic indoor dark boat ride, with a brilliant sing-along aspect. The ride takes you through a naval battle, and then to the town of Tortuga, where pirates have taken over and are looking for a Captain Jack Sparrow. The animatronics on this ride are brilliant, and they've re-created Captain Jack so well! Yes, it's a dark ride, but it's not scary in the slightest, best suitable for kids and grown kids alike! The is a slight drop at the beginning, but it sets up the ship battle at the beginning perfectly, not too bad at all. This ride opened in 1973, and has had many changes and revamps since then. The ride was here before the movies were made, so even if you've never seen the movies, you'll have a great time on the seven seas.

Classic ride that is very accessible to all ages. Only one small drop on this otherwise slow moving boat ride. The characters are very life-like and Johnny Depp's Jack Sparrow is prominent throughout the entire ride.

Arghhhhh! The Pirates of the Caribbean ride has been a favorite since before the famed movies with Johnny Depp gracing the screens. This ride is a lovely boat ride in the nice air conditioning, giving you a cool ride and a break from standing. Lots of animatronics telling a story in order through the ride. This ride tends to board and move faster so not much of a wait compared to other rides in the park. A+++

Love the animatronics. Pretty easy going, dark boat ride. This ride is a must for my family every time we visit.
