We came here on a Monday night. We didn't wait to pay, but did have to wait slightly for the group in front of us to finish the hole. We had another group come in behind us. They do have a sign posted that the group size is limited to 5 people. The course was busy, which made you feel a little rushed to complete the holes. Everyone had a good time though. Staff was friendly. The course was maintained okay, with a few holes having debris on them. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you lose a ball in the water, you just go get another one.
Hearts, cove was so much fun. Me and my son had driven past a few of these before on our trip around the country and this is the first time we actually stopped and enjoyed ourselves at one. I love how at every hole they had information about real pirates. Out of a lot of miniature golf places we have been in the last several days, this one was definitely the cleanest and the best well kept one. The cave was really awesome. The only thing I would probably mention is that they do have a second skeleton room in the cave, but the light I guess is burned out, so you can’t see inside. so is the owner sees this and changes that lightbulb, that would be great. Other than that one tiny thing, this is an absolutely ten star rating for me and my son.
We love Pirate’s Cove and have been to several. This location did not disappoint! They just got done redoing the carpeting on the course so it was like it was a brand new place! The staff was SO friendly!!! Seriously, the ladies were fantastic! Another fun activity to keep you busy in Rapid City!
You will have a fantastic time here! Whether you're putting up or down a hill, in a cave behind a waterfall, or even down a river, you'll find that the course is not too difficult while still being a lot of fun!
The theme is fun, the scenery is great, and you will find yourself rather cool under the many mature trees throughout the course! Also, even though it's off a main road, you cannot even hear the traffic.
This course is suitable for ages 3+.
We were so blessed by the beautiful people at this establishment. Our sweet grandson will so enjoy his three-year old Pirate-themed birthday party with his friends!!!! Blessings abound!
A fun time for the whole family. Easy to play for ages 7-67. Lol. Not handicap accessible and there are a few steps. Nothing very vigorous at all. The people at the desk were really kind. We took a lot of corny pictures and had a good time. The grounds are well kept.
We are just passing through on our way back to St. Louis, MO and had time and didn’t want to sit in our hotel room. This place was so fun and actually a really fun putt putt design! The pair working on 9/9 (likely closing shift) was so friendly and made it even more fun. At the end of our round she let us have a chance to win another round and we won! So we had dinner and came back for another round. It was a fun night in Rapid City.
Wonderful place to play miniature golf, the Pirate theme is shown throughout the course. The little one we had along received a gift bag filled with some goodies. She was able to golf for free due to her age. Definitely a great place to take the family.
