Cute little place for couples. Swimming pool, BBQ Pit. You can walk down to the inlet and sit on the dock. Great place to fish. Close drive to any of the surrounding beaches and piers. Really enjoyed our stay here.
Stayed in 215A. Ceiling was molded & falling off. Saw multiple big roaches. Door to the patio was broken & screen was halfway hanging off. Don’t try to flip a light switch to the main lighting because there’s no light switch. Its a plug in the wall. Can’t get in contact with anyone for help. The code we were given to our door was the wrong one & had an extremely hard time getting in touch with anyone. The code given to us for the pool was wrong. The code given to us for the ice machine & vending machine was wrong. Couldn’t get into either. Really not sure how this place has any good reviews. We talked to multiple people who were upset & also couldn’t get in contact with anyone. Our room smelled like nothing but cigarette smoke. My husband & I both stayed stuffy the entire time because of this. The bed is like sleeping on a rock. The room has been updated as far as flooring but that’s about it. The pictures for this room look great but DO NOT stay here!!!!
A roach was spotted coming off bed. Closest beach was a 10min drive. Good sized dock for fishing/ walking on site. Thermostat was to be kept at 72 so it got hot when the ac wasn’t on- small fan was provided in room. Water pressure was 6/10, tv was lagging when trying to select anything, no ice on site- 2 ice trays provided in freezer. Electric burner provided alone with toaster, plates, pots, utensils, cutting board, cups.
Great place except washers need updated and maintenance and more towels. Pool is fantastic so is the view and price
A409 for sure doesn't look like the pictures. Floors and bathrooms are clean enough I guess, but the room needs maintained. Missing paint, stained couch (gross), when I plugged in my phone charger the whole outlet box rattled in the wall, balcony curtain doesn't close completely, silicone around the sink in the kitchenette needs replaced (brown and dirty looking, although it doesn't affect usage).
All this and there may or may not be a creature floating in the pool.
All of this for the same price as Hampton Beachfront in PCB. If I was in a 3rd world country, this would be 5-star accommodation.
The best parts of this room are the Bible in the drawer and the view from the balcony.
Pros:
- The decoration is nice
- There's a Bible in the dresser
- No evidence of BB 🪲 in this unit that I can see.
- Outside is pretty
Cons:
- see above
- Not related to the room: This road... Speed limit is 35, everybody does 50. Many places you want to turn you can't. Expect to do a few u-turns in that speeding traffic (and it's a lot of traffic.. and this is November) May the odds be ever in your favor
Pirates' Bay Guest Chambers and Marina is a charming and cozy accommodation located in a beautiful and peaceful setting.
The rooms at Pirates' Bay are comfortable and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities to make for a pleasant stay. The marina is conveniently located just steps away from the rooms, making it easy to access the water and all the activities that come with it.
The staff at Pirates' Bay were friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that guests had a great experience. The overall atmosphere of the property was relaxing and laid-back, with beautiful views of the surrounding natural landscape.
I highly recommend Pirates' Bay to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway in a beautiful natural setting. It's a wonderful place to unwind and recharge, and I would give it a five-star rating without hesitation.
Loved the room, the HOA needs to get a better grip on the property. Broken door lock for the pool means you'll never know who will be there. Also be aware, lots of pot smoking.
Let me start by saying most rooms are privately owned so experiences might very. I stayed in one (a408) and I loved it. Even though it is not on a beach, it is very close to several nice beaches(within driving range). The condo was very nicely decorated and very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The person whom I rented from was very friendly and responded very quickly to any questions. I would definitely stay here again because of the very fair price and location. The grounds and pool are very well kept and the pool was never busy while we stayed there.

The donuts: At the time of writing, this place has a perfect 5.0 stars, something I've never seen before. This is well earned. If you're looking for donuts that are light and fluffy, extremely fresh and offer classic and some unique flavors that aren
Tried this place from word of mouth and the feedback was everything and more than I wanted. My wife and I tried the yuca fries and the birra tacos and we were not disappointed. Tasted like home cooking and I could not be more pleased. On top of that
First time eating here, weâve been trying different PuertoRican restaurants in the area, and we were not satisfied at all until we ate here. Food flavor is excellent, menu variety is good, customer service is great and the atmosphere is really nice
