Pioneer Motel - Motel in Lansing - 17600 Torrence Ave, USA

No crack pipes no roaches no bedbugs. No loud noises from unruly guests. Furniture could be updated. The refrigerator was clean. Items remained chilled & the freezer kept things frozen or chilled with frost. Pops & soda became slushy after a couple of hours. There was a bed bug protective mattress cover in a room on the side facing the neighborhood & not Torrence nor expressway. Daily housekeeping services gave clean towels & clean sheets. No holes in comforter. Nice friendly front desk personnel. Possibly others are giving a bad review or have gave a bad review to deter anyone else from acquiring a room either for 1 day or more at this particular motel Pioneer Motel. My short stay was awesome without any bed bugs, roaches, insects, or mice; The Room & the bathroom was extremely clean. Housekeeping that night & the next day were friendly & respectful. Would visit again for a longer stay with the reasonable prices

Place is a cheap motel, right off the highway. Convenient, affordable but the room was run down and... iffy. Didn't see any bugs, that's a plus. Staff was friendly, another star. Got some sleep and got out of there.

This hotel is nasty. Crack heads stay here. The bathtub was very dirty and the walls are gross

This place is disgusting!!! Roaches are available along with amenities like a fridge and microwave....but good luck getting a room that has lamp shades! I've found crack pipes here left over from other quests! There's barely about 13 channels in their cable television system. The staff does not clean the rooms and are usually combative when issues are brought to their attention. I wouldn't recommend this place, pay to stay at this place and actually feel it needs to be shut down!

Dirty, bedbugs, cockroaches, no cleaning of rooms or offering of clean towels.The homeless people are ruining the rooms, the owner is rude. Only person that's extremely nice is the guy that works the day shift at the front desk.

They get no stars, they're nasty, rude and ugly. Never again, the rooms are so uncomfortable and unsanitize, we were actually scared to take off our shoes. We actually didn't even take off our clothes. I wouldn't recommend them. Hell I wouldn't even take my dog there.
