Nice little ACE hardware tucked into Wahiawa. Has all the standard hardware needs. Store was clean and well organized.

Worst place to get a duplicate key for your car. They can easily charge you but scheduling to get it cut and programmed is very frustrating. I think the workers need to be retrain to have a better customer service. Why have key business if your worker is limited to what they do. I giving 2 star because that extra star, I got my money back. Nothing personal, it's just business. Management gotta step up!!!!

Simple get your stuff and they help. Other days they are short staffed but... what can you do. Close and convenient. If you need something bigger thing best to head to Lowe's or home Depot.

They have a lot of stuff for a small store and I even found my greeting cards I love from Leanen Tree . Prices are a little higher but they good deals on lots of stuff. I really liked the store as much as I liked most of their stores.

Brought in my Shindawa weed trimmer for a diagnostic check. Was not operating properly and then it wouldn’t start at all. That was 2 and half weeks ago. I wasn’t called like I was told by the female cashier and notified of the problem and if I want to proceed with the repairs. I called then after 2 weeks and spoke to a Kevin who apparently is the technician for weed trimmers. He said he was out for a week and will get back to me the up and coming Saturday which was 11/11/2023. Has not called back I had to call Kevin on 11/14/2023 some three days later with I been swamped. He said he had ordered new carburetor parts because that was the problem. I got no apology or reason for not calling and checking with me if that is what I want to do. He went ahead and did it without my authorization. Customer service due to this person Kevin an employee of pioneer ace hardware wahiawa reflects the type of business and service they provide. I will not be a return customer and will get the word out about the unsatisfactory service pioneer ace hardware is providing at the wahiawa location.

Staff very helpful, both on phone and in store. The store stocks smaller diameter threaded, isobutane fuel canisters commonly used for backpacking stoves, they are difficult to find in Hawaii.

Great shopping place. Found clay pots for plants and bought the last ones. I had been informed in a different store pots were imported and due to Covid there may be supply issues so if you need it, buy it! Store was large, well stocked and staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. Suggest using Google maps to find this store since is is sort of hidden until you are right next to it.

Hidden gem of a hardware store. Had spare key made here and saved $100s of dollars in comparison to what dealership wanted to charge. Customer service was outstanding and very friendly. Will be back for other household items needed.
