Pioche Village Park City - Hotel in Park City - 2303 Deer Hollow Rd, USA

OUTSTANDING experience! We planned to stay only 1 night but as soon as we walked in to our clean, spacious, fully accommodated room, we booked an additional night. The manager and his staff were top notch and went beyond expectations to ensure our stay was exceptional. This was the standard that all companies should aspire to be, and at a reasonable rate. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

This place seemed brand new. We went here as a one night stay which was very affordable. The construction around the area made it almost impossible to get to. There was no mention or directions in the reservation which was very unprofessional. We spent 30 minutes trying to get there then ending up at a small parking gate on the back of the parking lot. We called 2 different people and no one knew how to open it so we could drive down to the entrance 100 feet away across the parking lot. Eventually we had to drive all the way back to the freeway, double back on a frontage road only to end up in the same parking lot but 10 minutes later. Again, clarified in the reservation would have been much more professional and much less time consuming. We were almost late for our dinner reservation too. The hot tub area was nice and the small room was laid out efficiently. It was a decent drive to anywhere that we wanted to go including our reservation.

Beware, booked through 3rd party (booking) weeks in advance, and arrived at 7pm, to be told the property was full, and our booking was cancelled. Before even getting my name or conf #!!! Empty parking lot, would suggest otherwise. While it is close to Jordanelle (lake), the day before the property emailed me no boat trailers. There is no number to get a hold of anyone. I left messages for days, to ask about where to check in, and where to drop a trailer. Still haven't been contacted. Be very careful in relying on this place. We were lucky to be able to drive back home to Salt Lake, but a lady walking in when we did was scrambling for a local hotel to book same night. This is at your own risk... clearly some people are able to get into a room.... owners?? Reviews are looking very fake at this point.

Fantastic apartments, brand new as of July 2024. Have everything you may need to stay comfortable and as, at home. May recommend them to put a nice garbage can as the only one provided in the bathroom is small for more than a one day stay.

I booked a 2 day stay about 10 days ago. We finally were moved into a room around 7pm after there was a mix up. We left for a few hours and came back to find our room infested with bugs. They were everywhere. We called management, we called the person who checked us in, we called their emergency manager number for hours, only to be ignored. We were forced to find a last minute hotel that night because we couldn’t stay in the room and we were getting no assistance from the staff on the property. I’ve been disputing with them for over a week about getting my refund. They won’t answer my calls or texts, just like when we had our problem with the bugs. I finally got in touch with them, only to be hung up on. Then I called again from a different number and I was told, “if you call us again we will contact the police for harassment”. No, I’m not making this up. Their “GM” reached out and informed me a refund was requested through the booking company. I contacted the booking company and they had no request on file. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Hands down the worst service I have ever come across. Safe travels, my friends! The windows were already open when I got the room. The incompetence from this establishment is mind boggling. The service is so bad, that they got petty with my initial review.

Great hotel/condo experience at a great price! Came before check in time and we were accommodated and given a room with a view overlooking the lake! Amenities were superb... lounge area, gaming area, exercise room, outside hot tub with four pools!

What a beautiful place! We've stayed 2 times already, we loved it that much! First time we stayed they gave us directions about how to get around the construction, second time Google gave the right detour directions so no problems that way either. It's about 20-30 mins from park city so not too long of a drive. It's got a gorgeous view of a lake to boot. As far as the rooms go... everything's brand new! We stayed in a studio and a 2 bedroom and loved the whole vibe and style... mid century modern with a nod to the winter Olympics. The downside is there are no hooks in the bathroom so you'll be hard pressed to make the single towel rod work. There's also no fan in the bathroom either, which is astounding to me... you're going to have people taking showers and using the potty so a fan is a huuuuge mistake on the builders end. How exactly did that get missed by inspections‽ 2nd time we stayed they forgot to give us bar soap so we had to use the kitchen soap. First time we stayed there was no dish soap either. There's construction, but I didn't hear much of it. First time stay was a 2 night stay 2nd stay was overnight. The guy who's confirming reservations or booking has an accent so that might be hard for some people. There are also no hours posted for the hot tub. I can't wait to go back soon!!!
