PINZ - Bowling alley in Oakdale - 7520 32nd St N, USA

Miracle at Pinz was a dud. We paid $25 to go there and all we got was a mug, and an atmosphere with minimal decor. Anyone without a reservation was able to walk right in and go in the same area we were without paying, so it made no sense. You could also hear all the noise from the arcade. I’m used pop-up bars having a cover fee, but being exclusive for those who pay and decorated very well. Luckily the server was nice.

Facility was great. Staff was great… until we went to the miracle pop up bar. We paid $50 for reservations, for 2 people… this was to include two mugs. Upon our arrival unbeknownst to us due to no communication whatsoever…. We were told the mugs were out of stock. I asked what their plan was to resolve this issue seeing as we had paid for this. The server appeared confused and did not have the answers. They proceeded to leave for sometime and came back about 10-15 minutes later. They explained we could buy a drink and get one half off? I’m not sure how that’s adequate. They then indicated they’d mail the mugs? Not sure I’ll hold my breath on this. The service was continuously slow but we ordered drinks anyway… after that we kind of just sat there and decided to leave without ordering food. The whole evening was pretty bleak after our initial experience there.

We used to go here all the time. Went for new years. Nobody was there. The girl at counter didn't want to acknowledge my existence. Even though barely anyone there , they cramped the 3- 4 parties in the lanes. They could have spread us out. Waitress showed up once never to be seen again. When my child was younger we went a couple new years and they did a count down on the mic and it was more like a party- they don't do that anymore. I didn't even realize the countdown was happening until bowlers next to us started counting. We had to grab our own hats and noise makers out of the box. I feel like $120 was too much for that experience. Should have stayed home to watch the ball drop.

Our lane server Kenny was amazing! He served us right when he got to the lane and made sure we got everything that we needed. He always checked in to see if we wanted anything else. Great service and a great guy!

Ya know it was fine..... I'm surprised getting a lane is so time consuming. 2 employees couldn't figure out how to assign shoes and a lane, that was odd. The place is extremely nice , it's huge. The arcade actually is pretty reasonable. For $25 you get 1,400 Tokens on a Card the games were fun and cheap so it wasn't 4 games and your done. We probably spent an hour in the arcade. Foods good price, drinks are descent price. Just overall nothing really exciting. Certainly not enough to go back. It was a nice night out with the kids it was fine.

My informal company Christmas party was held at Pinz. The staff there were attentive and helpful. Manager Nathan H. made sure our needs were met! Great experience!

The private VIP room experience was awesome for my nephew with anxiety. He LOVED feeling VIP and the fact that he didn’t have to worry about other bowlers. The food and service were GREAT! Extremely easy to check in with reservation. He wanted to go again the very next day and wishes there was a PINZ in Denver. GREAT experience and fair pricing.

Tonight we did “ Miracle on Pinz Street.. it’s the Holiday pop up bar. Truthfully- the night was saved by our server Kenny. He knew what was going on and was super accommodating. A few glitches need to be worked out. But overall a good time. Kenny is a great worker and truthfully should be in a leadership position. They are lucky to have him.
