Pinolandia Hollywood - Nicaraguan restaurant in Pembroke Pines - 6742 Pembroke Rd, USA

I’m used to going to the one in 119th but the Pinolandia Pembroke/ Hollywood satisfies just as that one. I have never had any issues with them. The food is always great, the Horchata is always tasty and the items you can buy are always tempting. The staff has been good to me. Even on busy days. If you come on a busy day and the line it’s to the door, STAY, it is worth it because it’s that’s good. I’ve been stuck in a long weekend line and I was satisfied. I’ve also been there after a weekday Lunch rush and the line was minimal and the food was great then also. I’ve never had issues with the food being over or under cooked. It has always been perfect for me. I highly recommend Pinolandia Pembroke/ Hollywood!

i pay 16us for a soup …sea fruits soup in the pictures you cqn see only smal piece of nothing…..good water w flavor ….

I used to come here regularly but then the rice was hard almost plastic like the meat 9 of 10 times was way under cooked. And mainly fat. Gave it a break for about 7 or 8 months. I just went back today. Food was tasting really good and then. A 1 solid piece of something i don't know what it was maybe burnt rice or a rock. I spit that out then a tiny piece of bone or something I ended up breaking a molar crown 🤦‍♂️. I kept eating as it dis taste good and I was hungry broken tooth and all. And the. Mid chew a long white hair. I almost threw up very very disgusting and disappointing. I will never ever ever come here again. I guess I will stick to the island foods that are mainly in this area. Very disappointing experience learned my lesson. That 7 month break should have been indefinite now it will be. Since i now have to make a dentist appointment. 🤢🤮🤮 ps I hardly ever write reviews. But this experience just was very horrible I do not expect nothing from this place to make it right. That would just be glutton for pain and disappointment

I have ordered take-out from this location over 10 times. Giving it 4 stars because there are times the food has not been as good as other times. However, there have been more good than bad experiences. With that said, the review is mainly based on the items I order the most, which are the carne asada meal, which brings gallo pinto (rise), queso frito (fried cheese), and sweet plantains and the pollo a la plancha meal. Both meals are deliciously flavourful and enough to go on a food comma afterward. The meals also bring a small side of coleslaw and a small container with hot sauce, which are pretty good. Prices are also pretty reasonable. I recommend this place if you're in the mood for Nica food. Again, it can be a hit or miss sometimes, but for the most part, they've been pretty good..so I keep coming back.

The food could have been better. The rice tasted overcooked but the meat was savory and juicy. The portion of the salad was very small. The nacatamal was tasty but needed more meat. However, I will visit again.

Food is great but they raised their prices and cut back the portions way too much.. very little for the money paid.. the carne asada strips keep getting shorter and shorter. It sad, i used to love coming here and recommended it to friends and family but not, im not sure, hey Pinolandia.. if you increase prices you should cheat your customers by giving smaller portions

The food here is amazing. I wish I could eat it everyday. The service is always quick and easy. I only do takeout and I’m never waiting long. I will come here again and again. Also, very clean location.
