Pinecrest Motel - Motel in Clinton - 8163 Seneca Tpke, USA

The room was quiet and comfortable. I woke up in the morning to the sounds of birds singing. There was free wi-fi in my room near the lobby. The room contained a microwave oven and a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. The hosts were courteous. As a budget hotel, the amenities were limited but adequate. The only negative was that I ran the room fan the entire time to reduce the musty smell.

We found this place after a long day of traveling. We called and made the reservation. It was small and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. The property is well kept. The room was clean the hot water was great. It reminds me of bungalow. The bed was comfy. Only thing I had hoped for was more pillows.

Rooms are small and musty. The ceiling looks like a Rorschach test with all the touch up paint. Rooms are darkly painted and poorly light. The sole window is completely consumed by the air conditioner unit. Also the walls are paper thin, I could clearly hear the conversation being held by the surrounding occupants and the music they were playing. Finally don’t ask the desk staff for any help, they were rude and irritated when I asked for a receipt upon checking out at 7:00 am on a Sunday morning, then proceeded to tell me they were unable to provide me one because I had booked online. If this is the absolute last place available to you, you’re better off sleeping in your car, I will never stay at this place again

Too expensive for what it offers. Long story short, the rooms are so dirty that I brought my own cleaning supplies to clean it. There was even old meat and food containers in the drawers. Didn’t use the sheets either. Only plus is that the man in the office is very nice.

Dropped off our luggage and went to dinner. Checked bed, at foot of bed had hair, skin particles and toenails on sheets. Asked for bed sheets to be changed and he Said move to room 9 I went in with him and I asked to pull bed sheets back i want to check sheets. He said go I will give money back .was swearing at us in indian language. Then said go find another hotel.

I needed to stay on this side of Utica and there were not many affordable choices. The price was right but, that sort of ends there. The rooms are unbelievably small. There was a new TV, Micro and small Refrigerator. It was tucked into a corner so the TV was hard to see. The bathroom was OK and there was soap and shampoo. The mattress on the bed was lousy. The sheets were clean and not thread bare. If you need an affordable place to stay, this could work if your expectations are not too high!

The motel staff was available and responded quickly both late at night and early in the morning. The room came equipped with everything I could need: refrigerator, microwave, heater, and AC. One of the bathroom lights flickered a bit, and the TV didn't have many available channels, but other than those small details, my stay here was a good experience.
