The experience was delightful. The cozy ambiance created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu featured a variety of dishes, my choice (Shrimp and Grits) and my friend’s choice (Chicken and Waffles) were bursting with flavor. The staff were friendly, providing excellent service that added to the overall positive dining experience. I highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone seeking a charming and delicious meal.
Shrimp & grits and a B.E.L.T (bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato) sandwich. Not a fan of scanning QR codes for menus because of scammers, but the host had a few paper menus available.
Shrimp & grits: Salty. I ordered it with 6 shrimp but received 5. Chefs like the appearance of shrimp with the tail on, but I hate it in this type of dish. Different sized chunks of chorizo, about 5 chips of bacon, & 2 large onion pieces still attached to the root. Good sauce, & I liked the coarse yellow grits. Overall, the dish was a 3.5/5.
B.E.L.T.: large sandwich, unsliced, so it was difficult to enjoy because things kept slipping out. The green tomatoes were fried, & tasted greasy. I removed them. Sandwich was seasoned well, egg cooked to my liking, & I would get it again. It was a 4/5. However, the potatoes were unseasoned with not even a hint of salt & pepper. I didn't know it came with that otherwise I would have chosen something else, so 0/5.
Since it was my 1st visit & brunch, I will try their lunch or dinner menu. Service was good & beautiful inside with a great atmosphere.
We had an amazing experience here in Augusta, Ga this place is a must. Sunday brunch bottomless mimosas was on point, drinks were on point. The food was delish. The atmosphere was so nice. Our waitress Esther she was a gem, you could tell she loves her job, she provided us with top tier service. She made us a key lime shot that was amazing. I would definitely recommend.
This restaurant has authentic Cuban cuisine excellently prepared and every dish feels like care was taken and preparing it. The cocktails were amazing well balanced don't know if there's a bad one on the menu. If you're dining later in the evening reservations might be recommended.
It's awesome that a Cuban restaurant exists for Augusta. The service was excellent, especially the bartender.
However, the food was meh and lacked flavor. Also, it was served less warm than ideal, maybe due to the cold weathe
Nice little small place downtown to get something to eat with a little class. The brussel sprouts were amazing and had good flavor. I had the buffalo chicken empanada with the little Greek sauce. They were good too. We had a couple of drinks that were right on time.
We had a little bit of an issue with the server. We kept having to get the other servers to get her from the back. We ended up having to get the bartender to serve us drinks and other things we wanted on the menu. I ended up leaving him a good tip for taking over. The waitress we had kept being distracted.
We’ve known the cocktails and ambiance here are excellent but we finally sat down to eat for brunch and holy cow the food was amazing! We had the pleasure of enjoying pineapple tavern for brunch and had the Shrimp and Grits and Skirt Steak. I would highly recommend both plates. The steak is tender and full of flavor and the grits…. Omg the shrimp and grits comforted my soul. If you get the chance try the Passion Fruit Paloma cocktail, it was refreshing, fruit, and balanced sweet and tangy drink.
Sunday Brunch very disappointed with the food and the expresso coffee . I will say the alcoholic drinks were phenomenal although my whole family disliked the food.
Reference purposes I got the French toast(it was raw and soggy huge disappointment.

Run, don't walk to this restaurant. I've lived here for over 10 years and knew nothing about this hidden treasure. If you don't know what to get, go for the buffet. I didn't know what half of the items were, but I know that they were all delicious. I
Stop here for dinner after work with my wife. Glad we did. Cocktail (peach smash) was pretty good, we typically donât drink. Fried green tomatoes was excellent. Both fish dishes were exceptional. The blue crabmeat ceviche salad was unique. Lemon c
We went to Mannyâs for the first time on Sunday. Awesome atmosphere and they have the nfl Sunday ticket. Super cool local feel. They have a ton of beers on draft, and the food is so good. 8 or so different burger options plus pizza and the fries ar
My band and I were in town for a gig and wanted some good Georgia home cooking.. Belly's did not disappoint! Huge portions, well seasoned.. probably terrible for our diets but fun for our taste buds! :)
Where should I begin? There has been a significant change from three years ago to two days ago. As far as I can tell, the building does not look like that. It appears to have been hit by a tornado and is taking some time to get it back to normal. It
Tasty chips with ð¤ð¼ seasoning! #tacocity We love the variety or taco options and mixed drinks. Cute outdoor venue with lots of space and a good breeze. A touch of nostalgia with 90s-2000s music playing. 4/5 on the atmosphere because we could sm
Came in for lunch and got the general tso chicken and rice bowl and it was delicious. Got a large so I can have 2 meals out of it. The chicken was tender with a crunchy fried outside fried rice was good. Everyone was friendly and had a good attitude.
I placed a to go order, the first at this location. When I walked in, I was greeted by a team member who was clearly not clocked in. She got up and checked on my food, giving me a status update. Turns out Brittany was in fact OFF work at this time. W
Honestly, this was unexpectedly one of the best things I've done in 2023. My sister took me here when I was visiting from Charlotte, NC, and I love oddities, but I was absolutely blown away by the history lesson I got during my visit. The owner is am
Excellent brewery! Their vibe was amazing and their beer was even better. They had something for everyone, as I like more hops and my wife is more on the sweeter smooth side. We were able to grab a flight to get both of our flavor preferences. AND Th
Love the smoothies and juices here. They were delicious to say the least. Beautiful art work throughout and great atmosphere. They had a live dj playing underground techno. This is a must spot around here.
I stopped by here on a whim after getting a massage down the street. The food was absolutely delicious! The staff & what I assume was the owner were fantastic. It's in an old house, so I thought it was kind of weird at first sitting in a former bedro
GLUTEN FREE PIZZA 10/10!!!! I called in advance to inquire about gluten free pizza and they happily let me know that they do indeed have a cauliflower crust gluten free pizza option. They can customize it in anyway Iâd like! I was thrilled to find
When you step into this restaurant, you are transported into a place that feels so ethereal. I mean, they have smoothies, hot and cold food, desserts, salads, herbal supplements, coconut water, body wash, almost everything!
I ordered a tempeh brocco
We recently arranged a field trip to see the museum, and more specifically, an installation of art work honoring women artists. The space was clean, elegant, warm, and inviting. The installation was amazing with beautiful artwork in several different
Great place to head out for a walk or run, but I would not go alone, as going on the canal path side can be rather solitary. Dog-friendly, bathrooms. Very pretty. There is a picnic table under an overhang outside the bathrooms.
Had the Black Eye sandwich and my boyfriend had the grilled cheese with all the fixings. Weâre from VA and are here visiting our friends. Weâre very sad that we donât have this in our city in VA but will definitely be back the next time we visi
We discovered this place recently and have been back 3 times since. It's very peaceful and the people who stay there are so friendly. We love taking a quiet stroll along the marina.
