The restaurant itself looks modern but still not in the level of a shake shack. Pincho burgers taste good but the patty was a little over cooked. Black Magic is as juicy and good. Kids cheeseburger 🍔 and kids hot dog 🌭 wasn’t successful with the kids. I didn’t try it so can’t judge. But I would never get the sweet potato tots. Horrible on all levels. Undercooked without any taste.
So I was on my lunch break and was going to go to subway next door, but a phone call came in and as I was talking on the phone I noticed this establishment so I walked in to check it out, the cashier Devondra greeted me & I must say her personality, spirit and the way she carries herself was extremely welcoming. I asked her a couple questions since it was my first time eating there and she was extremely patient & nice. (We need more people like this)I ended up dining in & I will most definitely be coming back the food was great, the atmosphere was super chill and The cashier most definitely played a part in all that. I’d give her 10 stars if I could. :)

Totally satisfied in this cozy place. We stopped by Subway, but the line there was huge and we found this hidden gem. Very good options with include shrimp and veggies. Tasty and fast serving. We took bowl with shrimp with two different style. Both are great. Like that!
This is my favorite Pincho Factory in South Florida. I can say I have gone to most of them if not all and I love the atmosphere here, the service, and the food. They make the bowls and food so much better here than in any other Pincho Factory and they also are almost always stocked with everything compared to the others. 10/10 service overall. Def recommend
I’ve been traveling a lot the last several weeks and try to eat pretty healthy. I was headed to Bolay when I discovered this place. I am in LOVE! I tried the Tex Mex Bowl with Chicken kabob my husband got the same with Asada chicken and my daughter got one of their burgers. Every bit was bursting with flavor! I tried my husbands chicken and prefered mine over it. The sauce on it was excellent but I also asked for a side of their cilantro sauce and it was delicious on it too. When we find one do these in our travels we’ll def be stopping by. Also, they play some excellent dance Latin music while you’re eating so it’s like a little party as you sit while you eat Lol.
Got the pincho burger and fries. Everything is perfect at this store. Super clean, food was excellent. Really fresh veg on the burger, perfectly cooked. Soft fresh buns and great sauce. The fries are done to a lovely crisp and salted to a wonderful flavor. Jerrini took my order according to my receipt and she was kind enough to recommend the burger I ordered. She was friendly and efficient and the cooking staff must be on a roll because there’s quite a few people here all eating happily and my food came out quick! I would love to have added a photo but baby that burger gone.
