The staff knew everything about pools from A to Z. They didn't try to pressure me into buying things that I didn't really need or into products that weren't in my budget. They truely helped me get more for my buck or shall we say say pinch my penny! Staff was also courteous and professional!

Love this place. Staff is great and easy to work with. Free water tests and if there’s a problem they will try to help you fix it over the phone or get a tech out within a day or two. If you’re calling the Hudson store ask for Jen she’s the best!

New home owners in the Hudson area combat veteran. Initially was a great experience within the last year or two. The service has really gotten bad pool cleaner show up to the house not performing a good job and leaving without trying to gain access to the pool area, even though the gate was locked Management explain to us that the technician will do a courtesy ring the doorbell before they leave. This never happens. Had to cancel my service.

Had a new pool pump put in. Jared was very professional and did a great job with the installation and also came out when he said he would. Very polite nice guy. I highly recommend this place for all your pool needs.

Went to the store on Labor day and Casey had closed the store but when he seen me pull up got out of his truck opened the store up and helped me with my clorine cans was very polite and very professional I go e these people a excellent review they are definitely going to be my store from now on thank you Casey for helping me out that day

Highly recommend visiting here 1st for any pool needs. Very educational team at this store greg the owner runs a very clean and reasonably priced store and helped me with the chemicals I needed. Jenn took the time to explain and diagnose the issue at hand with my pool and is very educated on what she does. Thanks again excellent service every time.

Thank you for being patient and helpful with getting our pool back up. The staff and ownership of this location go above and beyond to help. We were visiting them literally every other day. They greeted us with smiles and willingness to help us every time was exceptional!
