Pilot Pete's - American restaurant in Schaumburg - 905 W Irving Park Rd, USA

What are my awesome place. Every time I’ve been here. There’s been a average of a 20 minute wait. But that’s ok. The energy is fantastic. The food is awesome. The price is still very reasonable. The service was very attentive. Overall this is a great experience and I would definitely come again.

This week we ate dinner on a Friday night at Pilot Pete's. Friends really like this place so we decided to try it ourselves. Even though it was prime Friday night timing, we didn't wait for a table but when we left, closer to 7:30 there were several people waiting for tables. Service was quick. The menu was extensive & boasted on their chicken fingers as voted best on WGN - I was tempted but went with Coconut Shrimp tacos & fries & Scott had Pot Roast Stroganoff. Both were very good & portions were large so we took home leftovers. The airport/aviation theme was very cool & humorous as well. We'd like to return to try more menu items. Also, there was a bar but the restaurant was very family & budget friendly. Give it a try. 🌻

A cool place with great food and decent prices. The place was busy but the service was still good. I would definitely go back.

Always a cool place to dine in Schaumburg with a friend / family with delicious food and some unique menu items, like the amazing lobster nachos ! Manager came to check our table and make sure we were having a pleasant experience, friendly and attentive waitress / server . Check them out !! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩😎

our family just had one of the most incredible lunches and the service was impeccable! we would go back 5 times a week if that was an option and Schaumburg truly is blessed to have such a great place to watch small airplanes fly while eating! Where else can you do this nearby?? Go for it!!!

Always enjoy going to Pilot Pete's. Great food. So update: We just had some burgers and WOW! I had the bacon burger, cooked to perfection. Well done. Same with the $100 burger with mushrooms. She said best burger she's had in a very long time... Definitely getting another burger!

Service was definitely on point. However, the food was a bit lacking. Both salmon dishes we ordered looked great, but the salmon was dry. The Salmon Cantina Bowl looked great upon arrival to our table. But the flavors were lacking, and salmon was a bit dry. There's not much else really going on with this dish. The grilled salmon my husband ordered again looked great but was dry. The garlic horseradish mashed potatoes he ordered with it were flavorless and lukewarm at best. The drinks were definitely on point. Bomb Pop and Long Island were great. We will be back but definitely won't be our first choice. As you all know, I am an honest reviewer and was definitely hoping for a better outcome.

The food is poor quality for the prices charged. The avocado chicken sandwich had moldy avocados on it. Neat inside of the restaurant but not worth the food. I would not recommend it.
