We were looking for a nice quiet spot to get away from the kids for the first time in years and found this place. Secluded and still in the middle of everything. 90 dollars for a Jacuzzi room with the creek right outside the window and an amazing room. Check in was by text which is great and really convenient, we just walked up and put the code in and we were in our room. The staff was super helpful and friendly, we even overslept and didn't get our Uber home until over an hour after checkout. Definitely will stay here again.

Really loved this spot, so much we decided to extend our stay and explore the town some more. We found this spot last minute for under $100. Loved that checking was via text, all we had to do was pull up to the room when we got here. We got room 110 with the spa tub and right behind us the creek. The room was much nicer than I had expected (only negatives were the shower needs to be recaulked and one of the bathroom lights going out both not huge deals in my book, they have a lot of rooms and guest to take care of). We went up to the front desk the next morning to see if we could extend our room a day and the staff was more than happy to help us. The electric fireplace on the wall that also helps heat the bathroom area was an extra nice surprise and the seating area outside by the room was cozy too.

3.5 stars- Rooms are old and partially updated, beds were comfortable, location is good, easy to find, easy check in. Room was good size and seemed clean. Seemed a good value for the price. Don't think there was breakfast provided, we went to Uncle Sam's Pancake House.

So I booked a jacuzzi tub room. When we checked in there was no person at the office, only a phone number. The room I booked was not the room I was given. Was not told until.i was there that the room I booked was leaking. The door to the room would not close or lock. The attendant said she would cancel my booking but I have not received a refund as of yet and it's been almost 3 weeks. Very disappointed.

Read this: It was suppose to be two bed with a couch (3 bed and 1 bathroom). We got two beds and a chair. The bathroom was supposed to have a jet powered bathtub which would be perfect for our little one. It was a shower stall instead. They didn’t put any towels inside except for a shower mat. We had to buy a heater because it was freezing when we entered and it would have taken all night to finally warm up the room. The battery was dead in the remote for the tv. Customer service is dead literally. They didn’t respond to our message and fix their mistake.

Pros: great location with free parking; we could walk everywhere to downtown. The bed and sheets were very comfortable and the wifi connection was easy, strong and secure.|Cons: Very small and dark with few outlets - had to get on knees and under desk to get to power strip. The AC didn't work well, the bathroom & shower were very small and the place was very worn, old and outdated. We had to ask for a new bathroom lightbulb upon our arrival.

The images I saw online were nothing like the disgusting room I was put in. Where were those rooms??? I understand due to staff shortages there is no one working the front desk but someone should have checked this room before putting someone in it. Several lightbulbs were out and the floors were dirty as well as some of the towels and the room had a horrible odor. Luckily we had a cologne spray to use to make it smell tolerable. The furniture was old and there was no spot on the couch you didn’t sink down inside of. The beds were very old… one was so flat it was like laying on the floor and the other bed was old and creaked every time you moved. The cords dangling from the wall behind the TV was a complete eye sore and luckily we didn’t have children as this looked completely unsafe for kids. Lastly the apartment above the room I stayed in had kids running back and forth all night which was very disturbing when trying to sleep. Pitting guests under running children shows no respect for the people paying good money to stay there. The only good thing was the location everything else was a complete disappointment. I would’ve cancelled but we had prepaid in advance - thankful it was only 1 night. Oh and after all that they tried to come in and clean the room hours before checkout. They should’ve cleaned before we stayed!

This hotel should be a hidden gem, but it was far from it. Communication before I arrived was amazing. When I go to the room it was not up to par. There were hairs in the shower and the room smelled mildewy. There was also trash on the floor. The door to the outside had no seal and the light and air were coming through. The people in the room next door were smoking outside and it was coming in the room because of the lack or seal at the bottom of the door. The back bedroom was without air/heat, so the bedroom door had to remain open. No one came to clean our room the entire time we were there. There was only one roll of toilet paper in our bathroom. We asked a cleaning lady downstairs if we could get more TP and she said she did not clean our room, but would tell the other cleaning lady. We were never given any more toilet paper, but luckily got some out of a nearby room that left the door open. This was an extremely disappointing trip. I hope that this hotel gets some love, because it could be a great place.

Love this trail. Only issue is there are only 3 parking spots close to the trailhead. It is most likely you will need to do paid parking a few blocks away.
