DIFFERENT WORLD! Pike and Rose might be small for now, but it’s a completely different world as soon as you enter. My wife didn’t believe we were in Maryland anymore! Super modern, with Lovely apartments, amazing shops, great restaurants, interesting entertainment options, and extremely convenient being next to the metro and close to multiple grocery stores. This place is amazing and did I mention… Dog friendly?!
Beautiful space for hanging out with friends. High end theater with great food, bar and atmosphere. City Perch Kitchen and Bar while waiting for the movie.

Loving the new hiked parking rates! Way to gouge people during tough economic times. Pike and Rose is losing its charm and grace. Their restaurants charge “service fees” now on their checks because they don’t want to pay their staff enough, and now parking rates are increasing.
It is a magical place indeed. The area has a lot of restaurants and places to shop—the appearance it self makes you want to spend your whole afternoon here. I definitely would recommend it. In addition, the place is super dog friendly.
Very nice shopping mall. Very well placed in Bethesda North, nicely decorated streets and many stores to choose from. And of course, with lots of restaurants available for light refreshments, juices or smoothys, to a larger meal with family and friends who came along for the shopping adventure. Plan your visit as parking may be limited depending on the season, date and time of your shopping spree.
Giving it one star mainly because of the parking. Although abundant, and you get 2 hours free, Colonial parking tarnishes Pike & Rose for us. Colonial parking customer service is so bad that I’d rather patronize other shopping areas. Nice shopping but it’s not worth it dealing with Colonial parking.
Visited for a restaurant visit with my son. Convenient parking that provides a short walk to most locations, but crowded, since it’s a busy and popular modern mall in the area. I recommend to book a table in advance everywhere there
