During our stay we were at sites 123 & 42. The River front site (42) was REALLY nice and spacious, but 123 didn’t suck either — still spacious but more in the middle of the activity. Heather and Megan were absolutely delightful and Jamon made you feel like a neighbor. We’ll definitely be back, and not just for the hot tub.

We stayed here 10 days and thought the park was great. All the staff done one heck of a job keeping it clean. Absolutely the cleanest rv park I’ve ever been too. We gave it perfect score in every category. If we ever do come back to this area we will stay here for sure Staff was great.

We booked one month here and decided to extend for one more because we were so happy here. I cannot say enough good things about this park. The cleanest park we’ve ever stayed at. Level sites, safe, quiet while still being in the heart of Pigeon Forge, beautiful salt water pool and hot tub, sparkling clean and private restrooms and showers. But truly what makes this place special is the people that run it. They care and it shows. Amanda and Darren, Mikayla and I’m sorry to forget the other sweet lady’s name….they are all SO wonderful. When it was time to leave we realized our truck wasn’t recognizing our trailer breaks and I was distraught to say the least. We full time and being stuck with 4 kids when we’ve already paid for the next campground was super stressful. The girls up front were all so supportive and patient and Amanda even went above and beyond by cooking our entire family of 6 dinner. We will be back and will recommend this place to everyone.

Awesome new campground in pigeon forge with plenty of space. All sites have level concrete pads, roads are paved and wide enough for the largest coaches. Everything cleaned and well maintained.

Beautiful RV Resort with a great location. Very close to all amenities in Pigeon Forge but set back off the main road. Very well maintained with large sites. The amenities were great and all very modern and clean. Will absolutely stay here again in the future. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

This place is great for RVing. It’s a little pricey but we’ll worth it. We have stayed here twice and love it. The folks are nice and down home. All the spots are easy to locate and also full hook-ups with trash collection. The pool and hot young are heated and inviting.

This was our first time last week (Oct 28-31). It is a very new and clean rv campsite. It wasn't peak time, so it was very empty and quiet. We have a 40' motorhome, towing a Ford F150 with a golf on the bed of the truck. We had a FH pull through, which was very spacious with a picnic table and fire pit ring. This campground is very convenient to all the restaurants, outlet mall, Waltmart, and many attractions. There is even a brewing Co eatery within walking distance (you'll pass going to the campground called the Iron Forge Brewing Co. Good to visit if too tired to cook on arrival day. We went there enjoy and relax. I'm will not say to not bring your golf cart, but we know we won't be bringing our golf cart on our next visit. The park was just too nice of views to enjoy the stroll. We only used our cart once because we enjoyed the stroll around the park. This RV park also have cable which was plus. Can't comment on WiFi as we used our own. We would definitely return!

Newer RV park with very spacious sites and levelled pads. Very friendly, courteous, and proffessional staff. All sites have a charcoal grill with a fire ring too. The entire park is very clean and well maintained. The facilities are also clean and we'll kepted. The pool is very nice and heated. We will venture to the river area to check that out too. Close to all the attractions and restaurants.
