The motel is at a great location and the price was good, BUT... So dirty i don’t think they clean at all since there was mold on the controller for the TV , mold on the wall and in the bathroom. Thankfully I travel with my own sheets and towels. The beds had stains on the sides of them of mold and god knows what else. I kept my shoes on the whole time and put their towels on the floor in case then did touch the floor. It has such great potential for this motel and all they have to do is CLEAN!!! Reading the reviews prior to coming helped so at least I had a heads up about how dirty it could possible be and it was. All I can say is if you stay here bring your own towels and sheets and some Lysol (which thankfully i had to) and some bleach to clean up. I wouldn’t shower in the motel either. We just used it for sleep. I hope they see these reviews and Clean.
Most of the reviews I've read on TripAdvisor were not flattering and were old. We didn't read any reviews before staying here. When we arrived, we were shown our room and asked if it met our expectations - it did. We had a "beach front" corner room with a great view. The room was very clean, bug-free, and had a fridge & microwave as stated on their website. The beds were quite comfortable (not something we can say for some other higher-end hotels we've been to), the floors were all tile (great for sandy feet), and there was an LED TV on the wall. We stayed here to sleep, visit close-by friends, and see the boardwalk and beach. We were quite happy with the accommodations and staff. It was easy to get to and conveniently located next to the Toms River bridge, Fischer Ave and Route 37.||For a beachside motel, it was worth every penny.
Stayed there with my family. Price was reasonable however got told that we were only allowed to have 1 roll of toilet paper a week and when u have 2 females using the bathroom 1 roll just does not cut it. Complained about neighbors being noisy and nothing was done about it. Complained when neighbors were smoking weed in the room and they did nothing except for just telling them to not smoke in rooms. Mice in the room. Asked for more glue traps and was denied so I had to scrape mice that were caught in trap out and reuse trap. Would not waste my money again on the place. When I found a house to move into and signed the lease manager questioned gf as to when we were going to tell her that we were moving out. And also questioned about out weekly rent as to when we were going to pay that a day and half before weekly rent was due. So happy we are out of this place and into our new place. Rooms were dirty. Pretty sad that when u go into a motel u have to sweep and mop the floors before u put ur stuff in the room that is or was supposedly cleaned
The rooms are so disgusting, they never clean while your there, no toilet paper, no clean towels disgusting sheets and pillowcases. The lady in the office is rude yells at you, threaten to throw you out and keep your money all for no reason. If you ask her a question she flips out on you and threatens to throw you out and keeps your money. I bet she does this all the time throws people out for no reason and then pockets the money. She really needs to go. The most grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life I had no choice but to stay there. If I ever come to that point again in my life I’d rather sleep outside
The people are great, the atmosphere is amazing. Unfortunately, there are more bugs in the rooms than grains of sand on the beach. Repairs are needed everywhere. When using a microwave, all the lights in the surrounding rooms visibly dim. The water pressure is great, but it smells greatly of eggs. The AC units work fantastically, providing your room is one of the few that has knobs on the appliances. Bring your own fridge, toilet paper, towels, telephone and cleaning supplies, as the service is nonexistant.
This establishment is fifthly to start. Then my partner went to get coffee and was told the coffee located in the lobby was hers( the lady Donna working the phones). The third day of our stay I took dirty towels to get fresh and was told I am not permitted to get fresh towels. We started with two towels and one wash cloth for two people. She said we are only permitted to recieve fresh towels once per seven days. I then asked to see a list of rules that would state such non sence and was told there is not such a document. Then I preceeded to ask for a card so that I could contact owners and was told I can only go through her ( Donna). Wow, Happy Easter in New Jersey. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY , NEVER MAKE THE MISTSKE OF STAYING HERE.
This hotel is awesome! The rooms are very clean there aren't bed bugs I don't know why someone said that. The management is very friendly and there is a little private beach that customers can use it is so beautiful and you can enjoy the best sunrises each are different every morning! Sometimes they are beautiful pinks and purples and its right at the bottom of the seaside bridge so you can see the 🎡 at night and its sooooo convenient you can be in Seaside in 2 minutes or you can go to Toms River for shopping and any other things you need to do. The Parkway is 15 minutes away and its a straight drive with no hassle...I highly recommend this hotel especially for families who dont want to deal with the loud Seadide croud but would like to take their kids over to enjoy the fun of seaside but who want to come back to their hotel for a good nights sleep. Thanks Pier One I am really enjoying my stay and I can't say enough about how great this property is 🌞

The food is excellent. The people are very nice and accomodating. We arrived early because we came as a group and MOE the lady who welcome us arranged our table right away. We were assured of the table and that was the best of all. The food was exc

This is truly a gem in ocean county. They have some of the most meticulously breed amazing beer that I've had ever, anywhere. And I had beer all over the world. You're allowed to bring your own food, and beer prices are very reasonable, so the visit
This was my first time here and it was such a nice visit! My kids loved the show and the laser song at the end was so cool! The seats are super comfortable and the gift shop is perfect for a little trinket. We will definitely be back!
This place is perfect for spending a couple of hours with children. It has ample parking space and the entrance fee is highly affordable. To know their summer hours, you can either visit their website or make a phone call. The place is impeccably cle
I had the pleasure of visiting "Big Dogs cafe" for the first time recently, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. Despite passing by countless times, this visit finally happened, and I'm glad it did. This establishment easily earns a well-d
