This was my second time coming and both times my bf and I experienced great customer service. Our waitress was attentive and the food was incredible. We got the signature country boil, 2 lbs of shrimp, 1 lb of crawfish, popcorn shrimp, 2 drinks, side of fries, lots of lemon and everything came out to about $110. The flavors were great. I got "all the above" flavor with medium heat while my bf got garlic butter and Cajun with mild heat. We will both be returning. We love it here 😊

I Recently experienced Pier 88 Boiling Seafood and it's a seafood lover's haven. Opted for the Cajun shrimp in the 88 special sauce with a medium kick – absolutely delicious. Generous portions, vibrant flavors, and the interactive dining concept make it a standout. The garlic butter corn and hush puppies were perfect sides. Service was excellent, with attentive and knowledgeable staff enhancing the overall experience. Pier 88 offers great value for a top-notch seafood feast. Nice place with helpful staff who tried their best to seat us in a suitable table as we had a new born baby. The food was tasty. We ordered for two people 1 pound shrimp no head, fried Calamari and one steamd rice and it was more than enough.

With a small shellfish allergy, I thought it would be nice to order some mussels, oysters and fried fish. Unfortunately, I was told that they use the same boiling water with the shellfish so I opted for the fried oysters and fried catfish with fries. I can’t believe they thought it was ok to serve uncooked fries. Look at the pics and although they did give us fresh, extra fries, I had eaten half of my meal. The customer service was great. I would love to come back and give them a try.

Now me and my family were craving messy good flavor and boy howdy did this place not disappoint. Greeted with a sunny vibe on a cloudy day, enjoyed some great hits from yesteryear and got served great food. Thankfully if your getting a bag with whatever you want however you want it comes with corn and potatoes as everything bathes in the wonderful juice. Ask for some spoons cuz you'll want to pour it on everything.

Food's great, service is great, price is reasonable. Came in a group of four for my 40th birthday, we were greeted and seated right away. The waitresses were super friendly and attentive. Gave us all the time we needed to go over the menu and was ready to answer any questions you may have. After the order was placed it was a short wait for the food to arrive super hot and super flavorful. Everything came out to just under $340 for the four of us. Since our eyes were bigger than our stomachs, we had plenty left over, our waitress was great about helping us pack it up to take home. Overall a great experience.

My family and I just ate here for the first time. The food was amazing but the service needs improvement. The people working were nice but never checked in to make sure we were ok. My husband sat for several minutes waiting for someone to come by for a refill. No one ever came. The table next to us said the same thing no one ever checked back to see if they needed anything. I would love to come back again as the food was delicious but the service really needs to improve.

This was my first seafood boil and oh man was it good!! I got a half a pound of shrimp and half a pound of snow crab. I thought that would be enough for me and my daughter and it was not. I ended up ordering another boil to go. We got the hot cajun seasoning. The chicken basket and shrimp basket were also pretty good. I also ordered a red sangria. Even though the cup was tiny it was still pretty good. The service was good. Nothing really to complain about. We were seated right away. The waitress was very friendly and checked on us.
