Pier 4 Hotel - Hotel in Somers Point - 6 Broadway, USA

We love visiting Pier 4 every year. Can’t beat the staff there and beautiful views of the bay with a pool our little one loves! Very close to JFK Jr park which has a great playground for kids of all ages.

My family and I stay here every year for a long weekend and it's always a fantastic trip. Dawn at the front desk is a gem - she's incredibly friendly & helpful. Our most recent trip, she went out of her way to accommodate a last minute request to keep our families rooms on the same floor, and she made it happen! Our rooms are always clean (although the beds are on the harder side), the bay views are always breathtaking, and the staff are always smiling. We also love that the pool is always clean, and they have a small area for kids to play in the water.

Our experience this trip Sept 26-29. Rooms needed to be updated a little. But We love Pier 4, However the weather was extremely bad. Rain and wind were relentless and I had an emergency at home. I asked to check out a day earlier due to emergency. We are 8 hrs from home. My husband has Parkinson's , anyway the Manager or Owner I don't know her position, was very RUDE and said and I quote," I am running a business here" I replied and said ok fine I will handle it. Then she relented and said, I'll do it this time but never again, Was appalling to say the least, I worked there in the 70's and I am sure if I acted that rude, I would of been fired. I grew up in Somers Point, NJ People need Customer service Training!!!! UPDATE: Well I am so sad to say, Dawn the manager found the need to call my home today and announce her displeasure in reference to my review. My question to the owner , is this the company protocol???? The nerve of this woman has no bounds. To try to intimidate people and insinuate I wanted something free, when I just asked to check out one day early after a 3 night stay!!

i love this place, rooms are getting worn after renovation but fabulous staff, service, pool, views, crabby shack is the best, great location. love this. go every year but could not this year due to death in family and have missed the experience all summer. food and drinks at shack are fabulous and awesome atmosphere with great great servors

Excellent and very clean hotel perfect for our family. Front desk was very kind allowing for complete customer delight! Pool was beautiful and very well cared for. Looking forward to our next stay! |Great location next to the best seafood restaurant (Crab Trap) in all of New Jersey.

I take my family here for any opportunity we have. Great location. Plenty of local restaurants and bars and just a short drive to O.C. looking forward to staying here again.

Beautiful rooms, friendly service, lovely views and located next to the Crabtrap, a great seafood restaurant. Easy access to Ocean City across the bay.

Front desk very helpful. Even helped me charge my e bikes .Great location. Rooms good size. Beds were a bit hard
