Discusting!! The over is so dirty that beside getting a burnt pizza it has black burnt powder all around the bottom. I could not eat my pizza. Had to throw it away. The cheese bread was gross. Super sogy and extra greesy. I told an employee and she said yes that oven was dirty and really didn't do anything about it. This place has lost it's quality. The place is not well kept either. Don't recommend with such great pizza places in the area. The wait time was ridiculous. I waited over 20 minutes and there were only 4 people ahead.

Who doesn't love pizza. I know I sure do. This place lets you customize your own pizza right in front of you. What could be better than that! They have different pizza crusts to choose from including cauliflower and traditional. They also have some signature pies to try with gourmet flavor combinations. I chose the chicken bacon Alfredo pizza. It was delicious. It had a perfect traditional pizza crust that was soft and chewy. They dress it up with Alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce. Then it's topped with chicken, bacon, spinach, and olive oil. It was great. I would recommend this place for a quick bite since it took about five minutes to make the pizza. It cooked quickly and there was plenty left for another meal later. If you like pizza make sure to stop here.

I went with my mother and grandmother and we each ordered our own pizza. Both my mother and grandmother received their own as I waited for mine. After a good 20 minutes, I asked for the status of the pizza and they said they had burned it by mistake. It was slow and a bit understaffed so I understood. They offered to remake me the pizza again, which I was fine with, no rush. After 15 more minutes, they brought me my mother’s order. Their mistake twice. I don’t eat chicken, so I sent it back and went with one of the other ladies to make sure she got my order correctly. After, they put it in the oven and I waited another 20-30 minutes. I realized it was taking a bit longer than usual again, and so once again, I went up to ask for the status of my pizza. They told me they didn’t know where it had gone. Their third mistake. William, the manager, was visibly upset and said that they had given me a pizza twice and I had sent it back, which was incorrect. They burned my pizza, then remade the wrong order, lost the new one, and now they were blaming me for their mistakes. Unfortunately, I know I am not the first person to experience unfriendly staff at this location and it is sad. With such great potential for a restaurant, it is wasted on such terrible staff. I asked for a refund, my family threw away their food, and we left. The service from their staff is not acceptable. After waiting almost an hour for a singular pizza and being treated with such terrible hospitality, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I had seen this pizzeria from visiting the plaza and always wondered about and heard about it via an elementary school who does fundraisers there. The pizza is made on the spot while you choose everything from the crust, butter or garlic butter on the crust right down the sauce and an infinite amount of toppings to choose from. The ingredients are fresh to include, meats, cheeses and vegetables and pizza does not come out salty so you can tell it's fresh not preserved. The addition of dried rosemary herb would be nice to offer. The menu also has desserts once you complete you pizza. I ordered one regular sized pizza and two Bambinos.

Decent pizza spot for build your own pizza with many different toppings, bases, cheeses, & crusts. The ingredients were good, the concept is great (but it’s been done before), & the staff members were not friendly or helpful at all during our visit. All in all, it could use some work. Pricing is also weird, two $9.99 pizzas, soda, & 2 cookies ended up being $38 somehow. I do recommend the chocolate chip cookies though.

William is very rude I don’t recommend coming here. These people aren’t happy to be working here. Didn’t smile at all and was very serious when serving me. The place was pretty dead. I don’t understand why he had to be so rude. While I was eating my food he was making fun of me. By the way this was my first and last time coming here. I really don’t know how William has a job here. I read the other reviews about him. He is very rude.

It’s better to close that Branch ,waste money and time to go there eat burnt and no taste so called pitza that was a last time I was there. Just reply to you, re Watch the pictures,you would call them crispy edge?!!!!!!!!

The manager gave great customer service with a smile, her trainees looked blank. My pizza crust was burnt but I was so hungry I didn’t want to send it back. Everyone else at my table liked their pizza. I liked that I could control the ingredients and keep my calories down. As build your own pizza restaurants go this was okay.
